Had a very nice dinner, nothing bad to say if I tried. Quiet, fast service, and attentive bar lady. Solid meal with everything cooked just right. Hilton Garden Inn kitchens can be a bit hit or miss so happy I tried this grill.
Our experience was 5 out of 5. This brand is always consistent and dependable. No surprises. Comfortable , clean rooms, nice amenities and easy check in. We had dinner in the restaurant and Izzy was our server. She was so attentive and pleasant it made our experience really enjoyable. We were the only diners and saw many people leaving the hotel at dinner time. No doubt for wonderful restaurants but I suggest they try what the hotel has to offer. Steaks were excellent, vegetables...
Recently while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester one of my friends had a medical emergency. The staff there was incredibly helpful. This is my go to hotel when I'm breaking up my drive from Pittsburgh. Always clean and comfortable.
