This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The representative had no idea what she was doing and had to call the store owner for help. When I asked if this happens often, they admitted, “Yes, it seems to.”
They kept asking for an “email contract,” not realizing it isn’t sent until payment is processed. They were unwilling to work with me and clearly didn’t understand their own system.
The Area Supervisor, Steve, was especially disrespectful — he refused to take our business and even asked for bank statements for no valid reason. The operation was disorganized, and they tried to blame their own errors on “internet issues.”
This location is poorly managed and should not be operating as a U-Haul dealer.

On their website it says they have food they had one bacon cheese sandwich laying under a light to keep warm that had been there since this morning I guess and it is now noon. There was nothing else no one cooking anything. I wasted my lunch break trying to get in there because I wanted to try one of their half smokes.

I’m loving the new Big Bad W Pit BBQ restaurant inside. The food is amazing! My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich with Carolina Gold sauce. It’s a real treat for my family each time we come. The seafood bisque is out of this world!!!

This place used to have the best breakfast sandwiches for miles around. They changed owners and were even closed for a while. Recently, I decided to see if they have breakfast sandwiches again. I have been here three times the last month and a half. The first time, they were sold out of sandwiches by 8:30 in the morning. The 2nd and 3rd time i came here, today being the 3rd, the breakfast sandwiches were cold

Ordered a bbq chicken sandwich. They gave me two bite sized mac and cheese sides they microwaved in the plastic container you would use for condiments. The chicken was flavorless and full of bones and gristle on a little burger bun that tasted microwaved as well.. Good thing a kid didn’t get it. They would have choked on it. Charged me 14.99 for it I guess I should have asked but assumed it would be like $6 for what they gave me. Oh and I got a gold peak tea out of the cooler. Cost me $19.04 for a horrible sandwich and barely warm microwaved side and a tea. Never again. I wish I would have had time to return it but I had to get to work. Wow I miss the old Throx. You can’t sell garbage and expect to make it.

Stopped for gas and restrooms. Lights were turned off over the pumps and several of the inside lights were turned off. Didn't seem normal.

What a disappointing excuse of a “market”. My mom and I stopped in hoping to grab a quick lunch, I know the food here used to be good, but there was no food. The whole deli section was abandoned. Options are limited to a few half bare shelves of chips and beef jerky and that’s about it.
We figured we might as well use the restroom while stopped. One stall out of order, another with no toilet paper, and zero hand soap in the women’s room. Just pathetic. Don’t waste your time stopping here. Two stars because the cashier was decently pleasant.

Changing my 4 star review from years ago to a 2 star now...went here recently and its gone downhill a lot compared to how it used to be.

Wouldn’t take coins that was wrapped up so they wouldn’t let us get gas here overall I will never be coming here again

I used to love coming here for lunch but this place has really gone downhill. Both upstairs and downstairs have gambling machines, the upstairs is filthy, and the parking lot makes it look like the place is abandoned! And no more deli. I won’t be coming back.
The Bathrooms were disgusting. I was going to buy something at the store but with the bathrooms looking like they did I was worried about buying things at the store. I don’t think they keep this place clean.
