Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Something is going on with this location. I am at a Tropical Smootie at least 2 times a week at various locations as I am on the road a lot and want to have healthy options to consume.

This is the first location where I experienced the smoothie to be so far from what it's supposed to taste like. It was watery and unflavorful. That's the only complaint, but if your main item is smoothies, thats a big problem. Island Green Detox is my go-to.

I ordered two Acai berry blasts by phone I sent something by using my app. they were ready on time. But when I went to go pick them up, no one addressed me at all, so I just took my drinks. Both my husband and I experienced a mouthful of some sort of seeds which we are still spitting out of our mouth and trying to pick them out out of our teeth. It was watery and honestly, it felt like perhaps we got the bottom of the jar with all the seeds so we did not drink them. It was a waste of time and kind of sad because I was looking forward to it. I could also see in the parking lot where other people had tossed their smoothies onto the parking lot, which I will not do. I will take this and dump it in the sink or perhaps give it to my chickens. I have ordered this drink before many times and always thoroughly enjoyed it at other stores so somethings going on with management here or training.

Don't come here if your lunch break is 30 minutes. Actually, don't come here if you have any kind of time restraint. You'll get what you ordered whenever the 2 people working can get to your ticket. Your smoothie may come in the mail in 7-10 business days.

Portions of the wraps got way smaller and was lacking the flavor it used to have, the lady that helped me at the drive thru was the sweetest employee ever. The smoothie was amazing.

This is the location I frequent most when i'm in the mood for a smoothie. Accuracy is always on point with both online and over the counter orders. The main draw back here is the atmosphere. There is usually fruit flys buzzing around the area and just about every time i've gone in, the workers there are visibly not enjoying their job. I will keep returning to this location!

Employees are much more worried about there own conversations than customers, waiting in the drive through way to long and nobody spoke with respect, trashy store

Time after time again the service proves terrible here. Workers are often on their phones and disrespectful. The smoothies are as expected but the food is often undercooked or portioned weirdly. Will not be back to this location.

School trip group of roughly 20 students planned to stop here to eat. Some students placed orders online while others planned on placing orders once in the facility. Students and chaperones were told to wait outside because they were “stressed” and “understaffed.” Students who did not place orders in advance were turned away, causing complications for the group. The workers were extremely rude and lacked the proper customer service skills expected. One student attempted to order a açaí bowl, but was told that they had none left after seeing multiple being made in the back, simply because they did not want to do it. The workers wrote a message on the door stating that only drive through was open now due to our presence. When students and chaperones were told to go outside, chaperones told them they could not due to responsibility purposes. Chaperones were told by staff that “you can see through the glass.” When the chaperone left the building, following the students, one staff member proceeded to lock the door and flip off the chaperone. Overall, the food was not its typical quality. The conduct of the staff was utterly disappointing and disrespectful.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE MORE LIKE TROPICAL JUICE! IT TOOK THEM 10 MINUTES TO MAKE MY SMOOTHIE AND IT WAS A WARM LIQUID NOT A SMOOTHIE, NO ICE- THIS LOCATIONS SUCKS- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO TACO BELL. NO EFFORT FROM THE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION

Usually have no issues with tropical smoothie, especially understanding the atmosphere and dynamics of a fast food chain, but it seemed to be a nonchalant night for these employees and the night shift. Decided to try the açaí bowl for the first time and received a frozen one (don’t know about you but I’ve never had a frozen bowl upon order) when I returned to the window to ask if they had another one, the girl mutter under her breath before coming to the window with an annoyed, uncaring expression and said “No, they’re frozen”, and didn’t try to accommodate. Nice!

This is the 3rd time I have order online to go pick up and they NEVER put in the ed8ble straw I have to pay extra for and I ordered extra Chipotle mayo and got hardly any. I paid extra for this and it NEVER HAPPENS. All 3 times have been the exact same. I'm done going to this location if they can't even read a order correctly.

Staff is very kind and courteous. Our food and smoothies were made quickly and we're delicious. Definitely love coming to this location.

I personally use to love these smoothies from here. However in the last three different times three different locations the smoothies have had no flavor whatsoever period extremely disappointed.
