TROPICAL SMOOTHIE MORE LIKE TROPICAL JUICE! IT TOOK THEM 10 MINUTES TO MAKE MY SMOOTHIE AND IT WAS A WARM LIQUID NOT A SMOOTHIE, NO ICE- THIS LOCATIONS SUCKS- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO TACO BELL. NO EFFORT FROM THE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION

Usually have no issues with tropical smoothie, especially understanding the atmosphere and dynamics of a fast food chain, but it seemed to be a nonchalant night for these employees and the night shift. Decided to try the açaí bowl for the first time and received a frozen one (don’t know about you but I’ve never had a frozen bowl upon order) when I returned to the window to ask if they had another one, the girl mutter under her breath before coming to the window with an annoyed, uncaring expression and said “No, they’re frozen”, and didn’t try to accommodate. Nice!

This is the 3rd time I have order online to go pick up and they NEVER put in the ed8ble straw I have to pay extra for and I ordered extra Chipotle mayo and got hardly any. I paid extra for this and it NEVER HAPPENS. All 3 times have been the exact same. I'm done going to this location if they can't even read a order correctly.

I personally use to love these smoothies from here. However in the last three different times three different locations the smoothies have had no flavor whatsoever period extremely disappointed.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my açaí bowl today before I inhaled that delicious goodness. This Tropical Smoothie location is the best in the area. The staff are friendly and always acknowledge you entering. I did an online order and it wasn’t ready just yet which was okay, they verified my name and within seconds it was ready. I happened to notice the napkin holder, someone had made a little bow out of a napkin and it reminded me of a hotel. I thought what a nice gesture, the store was clean and neat and so were the girls working. My bag had the napkins and spoon I needed and my order was correct and full. The amount of fruit was exactly what I hoped, it looks like the advertised pictures. Lots of strawberries, blues and bananas— fresh. The other locations really do not put the fruit on top like that and once I paid extra and they ignored it but charged it (Rutherford crossing location) when you pay that money for fruit you want what’s advertised! Anyways. I will purposely come to this location because of Katie and her team. I called the store to thank them for their service and hospitality. It’s really hard to find people who care about their jobs and it’s clear this store is filled with employees who do care. This location also has a drive thru- another bonus.

Parking: In a little plaza, several spots available they share with the other stores. Several handicap available right out front. Has a drive thru. Leaving can be tricky it’s a busy intersection. Taking a right is best, or going up to the light.

I'm here almost every day. It's a great place for something fresh to eat in town. The shakes are delicious, and I'm a fan of the yogurt bowls.
The ladies who work there are always super sweet, and they love my pups every time we go through the drive-thru. Thank you!

The wait time in the drive through is always 15 minutes + regardless of how many cars are in line. So I plan accordingly, however this last time I ordered two chicken pesto flatbread with no chicken. I’ve ordered this before. The employee checked three separate times that I said no chicken. And I confirmed. Yet both flatbreads still had chicken. While this is a lifestyle choice for all they know I was allergic to chicken. Very poor service.

This location and the Rutherford are supposed to open at 7:00 and this is twice now I get here and it’s after 7:00 and no one is in the building and I waste my time

My gf bit into the chicken pesto and it was straight rocks. If I see this type of food ever again I will not come back.

One complained bout having to clean while the other finished up an order and looked over at me several times. I was the only one in line to order. I walked out with out ordering. The good and smoothies are delicious but the service is sub par depending on the day.
