This tropical smoothie is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I visit the other tropical smoothie in Winchester off of pleasant valley frequently and only get the Bahama
Momma smoothie with extra coconut. Which I pay for. Each time I visit this location the smoothie is horrible. It has zero taste. I asked the worker if they would remake my smoothie because of it not tasting right and the worker made a phone call to management and came back and said no, it’s a 10 dollar smoothie but we can’t remake it like the other. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. You can not understand anything being said to you. There is a language barrier. Which the end result is negative. I paid 20 dollars for something that tastes disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOJR
MONEY OR TIME AT THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE!! I WILL NEVER BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER HERE!! They do not follow the tropical smoothie way and remake your smoothie. This location was my very first job and if the customer asked it was remade and at the pleasant valley location they do the same thing! Felt very disrespected and very upset! I know this will not change the smoothie but maybe it will prevent another customer from having to go through this experience and pay for something that tastes like dog shit!

This is in response to the feedback in my review - I clearly stated the martinsburg location is top notch- the market st TS is what’s gone down hill- actually read the reviews before generically responding. As per the One star reviews clearly the feedback doesn’t mean anything because you’re doing nothing to provide about them for the market at location. I order this exact same smoothie every single day at the Martinsburg location and never have an issue. I was charged $11 for this watered down flavorless smoothie and when I had to ask for a napkin, they acted confused as they placed a cup on the counter that was dripping down the side. The color is off as well. Nothing about this location is good anymore. I’ve been twice in the last month and both times it’s been a disappointment

Didn’t give use guacamole when we paid for it……Then they said they did.Too hot in there.Also spending 45 in there and getting 12 oz water cup is kinda weird.

My wrap was almost all brown lettuce. The smoothie was a different color than my usual location and tasted like nothing. Unfortunate.

This TSC is different from any others I've been too. The smoothies are not full flavor, more like watered down and the food is not as robust as other TSC locations. This one is so bad that we choose to drive an extra 15 minutes to the TSC by the college because it just better overall.

After reading these I can say as well the ice water smoothies are a thing wanted to post so maybe they can correct the issue after reading others have had the same problem as a smoothie lover we used to go all the time at least 3 or 4 times a month through the years they used to be amazing but hadnt in over a year and its not just this location m burg and the one by cook as well Im not sure what they did if the employees or recipe change but its litterally flavored ice water I once herd an employee say they forget the sugar alot but im not sure if that is the problem and for almost 8 dollars is crazy we gave it several tries after 5 wasted jetty punch smoothies we stoped and switched to the mall smoothie place

The smoothie was watered down and small amounts of ingredients were added instead of the full serving, the peanut butter cup smoothie was bland, with absolutely no taste, and awful.

I asked to taste before pouring it into the cupp but the guy spoke no English and didn't understand. He had s bad attitude. Another foreign guy walked in and went back behind the counter , i asked him if he worked there, he said no, that he was a friend. Then a rude lady walked in from outside with a bad attitude and poor customer service telling me she would not remake and she would not refund. I asked for the owners info, she refused. I will never go in the cheap, stingy, unsanitary business again, and I will be filing a BBB complaint as well.

Deserve a 0! The guy working the front is disgusting! Was handling money then going back and handling the food and drinks with no gloves, no sanitizer and never even touched water or soap! Made the nastiest most tasteless smoothie I’ve ever had and then was rude when I went back for a refund! Refused the give us the number to his “manager” and would only let me speak to some random person on his phone. What a joke! Already made a complaint to the Health Department! Run away 🤮

Darn it, the worst TSC smoothies of any I've been to. I get the same peanut paradiae everywhere I go, this one is a flavorless icey watered mess, clearly they had no idea what they were doing or didn't care. I've been a TSC customizer for a decade and this is the first time it's been actually bad. I mean it was a couple kids in jammies behind the counter, id skip this location. Used to be good but didn't see the recent string of 1 star reviews until I made the mistake of visiting this time I'm December 2024. Hard pass!

Ordered an açaí bowl with VIP card. They didn’t accept it.
Paid out of pocket for the bowl and the cup is tiny, they only fill it half way with açaí and add very little fruit, too much honey, and the granola is dust (?) The texture of the granola dust combined with the over use of the honey was extremely unpleasant.
When I complained they just added more dust to the top… no added fruit or anything.
