I am not sure if all waffle houses have fallen off this hard, or just this location, but it was awful.
Our waitress was very sweet and the customer service from her alone was great, however the food was just awful. Very greasy, tasted like old grease, and absolutely no salt on anything. The waffle was dry and soggy at the same time? We was another couple come in and not eat anything and just pay and leave. We did the same, I will not be back.

This store used to be really good but last couple tries have been bad…my last bisit here for a while…ordered a melt w extra pickles, scattered smothered covered…come out w no pickles or cheese i ask them to correct it and they slap a piece of cheese on and argue that the cheese is melted…it clearly was not…

Absolutely the worst waffle house location. Filthy. Given gross dirty silverware. Waitress who absolutely stunk of cheap cigarettes left the restaurant after taking our order. Had to ask for part of my order several times. Corporate needs to investigate this location.

We stop by here every year we go up to westvirginia. Great place, good food and awesome staff. My kids love coming here. The only downside is they changed the waffle irons. The waffles are no longer flat or have there mark on them. The recipe is still the same which is great. Don't ever change the recipe.
