Stopped here on a weekday visit to Old Winchester. Quiet day and the only people in the restaurant. Food was delicious! The meatloaf was amazing and the catfish was fried to golden perfection and very flakey. Crispy Brussels were incredible, although the mac & cheese was nothing to ride home about. On our travels from TN back to home in CT, we stopped for the night in Winchester, and found this little gem for our dinner. It's in the historical section of town which is a short ride off of the interstate. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and our server Edee made us feel right at home. Nice brunch / lunch spot. Santa fe egg rolls were crisp and tasty. I also recommend the animal style fries covered with cheese, caramelized onions and a nice tangy thousand island sauce. My entree, the Rachel topped the meal off nicely. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely next time I'm in the area I will be popping in.
