26FEB.2025 First time here and will be my last time. I asked for fresh meat for my sandwich and no cheese and the guy cashier (2pm ish today)stated that the burger patty’s were freshly cooked. NOT, my burger was dry and it had cheese on it. Some of the beans 🫘 in my chili 🌶🥘were uncooked. First time I ever had any uncooked beans in my chili. Now you know better, so do better.

Love this place but when I go through the drive through, they always forget something. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Usually it's just a spoon, fork or straw, this time it was a frosty and nuggets. But I keep coming back cause I love the Biggie Bag. Just make sure to check your bag before leaving the window

The drive thru experience I had with this establishment was very quick, my order was correct upon receipt, and the individual that was working the window was quite hilarious and kind. I had zero complaints other than the cost of the meal itself, but that comes with the economy.

We enjoy getting food from here. Like many families we try to avoid too much fast food but enjoy the convenience of Wendy's with the Jr. Frosty keychains. We have found the kid's meals toys at Wendy's to be superior to other chains kid's toys. They are often of either a higher quality material, or more interactive. As an example, currently they have Smart Links insects that our children love to play with and in the past have had Crayola and Play-Doh branded toys the Crayola had nice crayon shaped containers that my family still uses to collect small items, and the Play-Doh had very well-made dinosaur molds that fit wonderfully in a travel kit for the car.

A coworker told me that Wendy's was good. I honestly haven't had it as an adult. It is the first and last time I will ever eat there. The burgers had no flavor and the bun was soggy. The nuggets I got looked like nasty frozen grocery store nuggets. Not worth eating here at all. Customer service sucked too. I won't ever be back to any Wendy's ever again. Yuck 🤢

I ate in with my son around 5:30pm, and we were the only people in the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for a single child’s hamburger. Our other food sat and got cold while waiting for the burger. Multiple people asked the cook several times for the burger but he chose to ignore them apparently until they had asked about six times during the 15 minutes. The grilled chicken wrap had rock hard, spoiled pieces of chicken in it that had clearly sat out until drying out. I started feeling sick shortly after eating it. I will not be back!

I ask for a single burger with no pickles and when I get home guess what pickles in it. The don't listen to the customers wods. I will no longer go there because of how rude they are.

The food is bad, they serve you badly and the workers are bad and ignorant and there are mosquitoes everywhere and they take a long time.

I just recently visited the Wendy's drive-thru, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While waiting to place my order, I asked for a moment to look at the menu, and to my surprise, the employee taking my order mocked the way I spoke. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable.

I came to enjoy a meal, not to be subjected to ridicule. It’s disheartening to encounter such a nasty demeanor, especially from someone representing the Wendy's brand. I believe it’s important for management to intervene and address this type of behavior to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience.

I hope to see improvements in the future, as I would love to enjoy my visits to Wendy's without the worry of being treated disrespectfully.

People here are so nice. Our orders get mixed up all of the time, but because they are so nice, it's hard to be upset about it, lol

2 years later and I'm updating this review:
Drive thru was backed up, ordered a large meal, paid for a large meal. Wasn't given a receipt but who thinks//cares about it. With a 30 minute lunch, I rush back: The drink is not what I ordered and the food is a small something. I called: "Bring the food back and have your receipt."

You can't produce what's not given. That's their policy and they stand firm on it, apparently.

I ate the little food I got. I assume someone got my big one I paid for. I hope they enjoyed it. I'll chalk it up to a learning experience and move on.
Its my fault, ultimately, but if you're going to require a receipt: Give the receipt.
1/10 experience.
