I order from door dash and three drivers went to get the order and Wendy's said they didn't have in the system. I don't believe that. I don't think they wanted to make food cause I have been there around midnight all the employees are more worried about messing around with friends that come and hang out there or family that hang out then doing their job.. I will never eat at the Wendy's on berryville ave ever again.. they need to get staff that want to do their job.. and not just work for a paycheck...

It’s a shame, night shift workers always are on point with the food and very friendly!
Every morning I get breakfast it has been messed up! I even make a point to open my bag and make sure I have the correct amount of items. In addition the manage handed me my bag so I thought there’s no way this is messed up…
I’m pregnant and in the mood for greasy, extra protein, that’s why I ordered the baconator… I got egg bacon.
Very disappointing Wendy’s !

I will be calling corporate later today. Arrived at 10:30 pm Tuesday. I was told to pull up to wait for my order. I guess they do that to decrease drive thru time. There were already 2 cars pulled ahead of me I guess also waiting on food. The three employees I encountered were all having a great time at the window just laughing and carrying on.
Waited 6 minutes for the food only to find out the fries were cold. Had to wait for hot fries while the sandwiches cooled off. One of the drink cups was leaking all over my wife’s car. When I asked for a replacement, they made me feel as if this was an inconvenience. The little girl that bought out the fries almost slapped the bag on my hand and then told me, I don’t have to snatch the bag. Of course that ruffled my feathers. I still can’t understand why she felt that I had to know she was a bisexual and she don’t put up with “ I really don’t know what she mumbled”. This became an argument and words were then thrown around. Never again. Never again.

I seldom eat breakfast at Wendy's, I absolutely love their hamburgers but the breakfast sandwich..a McMuffin knock off totally missed the mark. It was dry and whatever the sausage was flavored with wasn't something that I will do again. In fact I threw away the sandwich. So why three stars, it was clean, the people were great and my ignorance of the menu should not be the benchmark.

You know, it wasn't bad at all. Manager and cashier were both very friendly and pleasant. Kids liked the food so that's good also. Will probably return at some point

there was a straight long black hair in my frosty. The worst is that my family member ended up vomiting. this was a door dash order but never again, that’s a safety hazard. Make sure that your staff wears hairnets maybe?

yall take too long not with the food but to get the orders down yall do this is actually so bad I saw so much people leaving because yall take to long and that’s why you guys don’t get much people and take to long to talk when people order

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take order while there were about 8 people in the back two of which were having a conversation and not working. I asked someone if they could take our order and they said in a minute. There were also a several people behind me waiting to order. It was not very clean. Obviously they need some customer service training!!

Food is good because it's Wendy's but your order isn't gonna be right and you won't get a receipt so your out of luck. Order 2 things you like so maybe one will be correct.
