The manager that’s been working in the morning today, and yesterday morning is the sweetest man. He’s very patient and kind hearted. There was a morning their system was down and he was the only one there and I could see the line building up quick. He was very calm and apologetic for the delay. He did a really good job handling s busy morning by himself from what I could see, He ended up giving me my meal for free. I could see him talking with the employees and they seem very safe and comfortable with him. I hope everyone is kind to this man.

I visited the Berryville Ave location in Winchester, Va around 4:30pm on 4/8 and I would highly recommend you take the young lady off the drive through. She was totally disrespectful, rude and had zero people skills. Just a suggestion. The manager hung on me as well when I made a call in to let him know. Won’t be back to this location.

Ordered breakfast at the drive thru-just the special, when I got to the window they didn't have my order. She said I never ordered, I asked her to take my order then, but she refused. Did go on their website to complain but just got a form email thanking me for my feedback.

We got Jr bacon cheese burger ? and it was a nicely prepared sandwich but I prefer the added flavor of a flame broiled burger. We got extra mayo and tomato no extra charge. Really needed some dill pickle chips.

My wife and I ordered exactly the same order within minutes of each other. We ordered the Dave's Double meal. She ordered from Pleasant Vally and I ordered here, on Berryville Ave.We met in the middle at the park for lunch. My burger from this store was three times greasier and messier than hers, ordered from Pleasant Valley. And my fries were much colder than hers. If you have time and want Wendy's eat at the other store, I will from here on out.

terrible customer service. employees working the drive thru have no manner what so ever. the tone they use when greeting customers is offensive. Also they forget to give out straws for drinks and napkins.

Drove away from a 45$ order because the lady working the window was incredibly abrasive. Yelling and rushing, when there was no one even behind us. We quickly decided that we’d rather not risk eating there if the staff is so unpleasant.
