Hamburgers were not fresh and cold. The chicken nuggets were ok. It was later at night but it was still 2 hours before closing. We were disappointed this time at Wendy's. The service was good, we used the drive thru and the employees were friendly and courteous.

Ordered breakfast today (09/04/24) in drive thru. The guy taking my money, didn’t greet me or tell me the total…very poor customer service. I ordered a sausage burrito, I took one bite and threw it away, it smelled and tasted bad. Igor a 4 pc. French toast sticks, also horrible, it was like they were baked & not fried. Dry and no flavor. I ate one and trashed them. I will never waste money on their Breakfast items again.

This was my favorite Wendy's in Winchester, but after tonight I probably won't be coming back. I placed my order around 11:30pm, 6pc & 2 double stacks. The food was old and cold. As someone with a restaurant management background, I am displeased with the night crew. I was cut off several times when giving my simple order and then the next window threw the bag at me. The level of rudeness I was served was uncalled for and very distasteful.

Old, rubbery food. Guess it was just the time of night, but all our food was pretty gross. If we hadn't been on the road, we would have asked for a fresh replacement. We shouldn't have had to. Service was OK.

This restaurant was so dirty my Sandle stuck to the floor. The tables weren’t wiped up and all the surfaces were sticky. It also smelled weird. The AC is definitely broken. I just don’t understand why it was so dirty and sticky. Instead of sitting in we got it to go, but we should have turned around and left as soon as we entered.

The crew members are absolutely rude. I went today and the lady who took my order and HAWK TUAH'd through the mic the entire time I tried to give her my order. Go to another Wendy's in the town of Winchester, not pleasant valley!
