Employee who took my order didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She was very unpleasant no manners didn't even tell me my food was ready. Food was sloppy and prepared without care.

Placed a mobile order for nuggets and fries, the nuggets were hard but the fries were like concrete, you could tell they were meant to be discarded but were kept and served.

The food was ok. They did not ask what type of toppings I wanted on my burger. I guess it is changing. In the past, you always got the burger the way you wanted. Not real friendly service. Overall, I was disappointed in the experience. I will go to a different Wendy's next time, I believe.

Went inside to order, in person, since we were traveling and to use our frosty tags. We walked inside and there were a couple others waiting on orders. We stood at the register for 10 minutes, ignored by at least 6 employees who continued to walk by. They did not speak, did not acknowledge us, did not seem to even look our direction. Disappointing, we left.
Despite the lack of service and communication from the staff, we love this Wendy's. A super easy and cheap meal for the family
Ehhh, trying to eat healthier-ish. So went thru drive thru for a baked potato.
It looked liked it had been in a warmer for days. Looked and tasted old.
Drive thru was fairly quick and clean.
Wasn’t a fan the food wasn’t no good and the employees couldn’t communicate or even speak English so frustrating.
Apparently they can't tellthe difference between chicken and beef. ordered chicken asiago and ended up with a kids burger. 2 other people's orders were completely wrong also. Bag was still sealed from Wendy's.

Nuggets were old and fries were under cooked. A straw for my drink and a napkin for my food would’ve been nice. Also got the feeling as if I wasn’t welcome. No thank you, no nothing!
The place was packed. And with senior citizens. (Picky crowd) The staff are among the most professional in customer service in the Winchester area. The quality of food is 5 star. Made with love. McDonald's is slacking. Burger King is holding on by a thread. This place, takes the cake. Clean bathrooms, not like Burger King. McDonald's is sloppy and too fast. Come to Wendy's. I'm a very picky eater. Trust me.
Tried salted caramel Frosties for the first time. So delicious!
Their chili is great!
We showed up at 7:15am on 12/30 to have a sit down breakfast. Doors were locked, the signage on both doors confirms opening at 6:30am, drive thru was open. Went elsewhere and had a nice breakfast regardless.
