2024Mar. First time here and it was wonderful from the customer service to the food. Love the batter on the chicken breast. It tasted like stuffing and it was delicious. The deep fried cheese bites were so good. The Kickin’ Chicken sandwich was delicious and buttery.The dessert we had an order of deep fried cheesecake with strawberry sauce and funnel cake with caramel sauce(I love the funnel cake w/o the caramel sauce)was so good with every bite.Wonderful experience the entire time. Will definitely return here. I love when the cashier puts your name on the receipt when you place an order.

Zaxbys is great food, fast!! Service is always great. The cashier was friendly and helped us change an item that was on a meal deal that I cannot eat. I wasn't charged any extra for the swap. I live well over an hour to the nearest Zaxby's and it's well worth the drive! Can't wait until Central PA gets one!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!
Zaxby's is a southern staple comfort fast food chain. So glad to see one so far north. Drove down from Pennsylvania just to check it out. Food just as good as I remembered. Yes, it is chicken ?, but it is chicken bumped up a notch. Definitely worth giving it a try if you have never been. I recommend the Buffalo chicken bone in with tenders combo. Make sure you get some Zaxby's sauce on the side.Parking: Standard large parking lot dedicated to the establishment.Kid-friendliness: It's chicken tenders
Good quality food but very expensive for what you get. My chicken sandwich, same size as Chick fil a, was almost $8! Not the meal, just the sandwich. Pretty overpriced and not overly impressive. Go to Popeyes or chick fil a for a cheaper and similar alternative.

They were so nice and fast!!!! I believe Kayla was our cashier, she was polite and very upbeat. We have never been there before so we ate our food then went through the drive thru to grab would more things for our drive home. Both cashier that helped us there we super nice. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely coming back on our next trip down south.

What's not to love about Zaxby's? The food is great, the service is above average, and the restaurants are spacious and welcoming.The only con I can think of is there aren't more locations around.
