Excellent pizza! Fresh ingredients, perfect crust. You will want every morsel. Tiny cafe atop a ridge in Wintergreen. They don’t rush the product and they close at 6pm in the summer so don’t be later than 5:30 getting your order in.
My wife and I are at the Wintergreen resort in Virginia. This afternoon we decided to go to Fire and Frost to try a wood fired pizza. My wife and I settled on the magic mushroom pizza. The first bite of this pizza raised both of our eyebrows. Pow!!! We love the flavor and the lite texture of the dough. Not over chewy and probably dangerously too easy not to order more than anyone needs to consume.

Last night the Wintergreen Sporting Club held a pizza social for its members at Fire and Frost.
It was great - the food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. Thanks Fire and Frost for making the evening a huge success. Their pizza are delicious - I would recommend dining there.
