I purchased your butter pecan ice cream yesterday evening at Kroger’s, located in Beaver, WV. It was very gritty and lacked a smooth rich texture. I had to look hard to find a decent sized pecan. After looking at the ingredients I see why. You project yourself as the “ tiny farm with the best quality food “.. I passed on my usual expensive ice cream to give you a try for 8 dollars.. what are all of these ingredients and additives? If you need this much extra stuff in your ice cream, then that makes the quality of your product no better than Kroger brand.. I was thinking a was buying “ real homemade ice cream”…

This is a big treat for us to come here and get milkshakes as it's over one hour round trip. When our 3-year-old does really well he gets a good boy milkshake. He loves going to the moo cow. On Friday night we drove over 30 minutes to get there, and just about 30 minutes to closing we were told that they weren't doing any more milkshakes as the machine was shut down. It was very disappointing that they refused service of three milkshakes which isn't cheap.

The ice cream is great! The roast beef sandwich for $7.99 with no sides or drink had very little roast beef and it seems like the cheapest variety of deli cuts from the grocery store… it’s disappointing because I even left a tip before getting my sandwich… tomato was fresh and thick and the cheese was good (hopefully theirs) and fresh bread ….

Let me say we love the ice cream. However 2/6/2024 was not the day to stop and get sandwiches and quart of ice cream to go. There was a communication disconnect on my sandwiches order, the inability to charge the correct price was blamed on a "new" computer system that took way too long to figure out. I had to repeat my sandwich order 3 times and initially was over charged which took time to fix. If that wasn't enough I had to tell them 2 times they should be heated. Then to top it all off my order of 2 sandwiches to go became one sandwich. Rather than correct it one more time I let it ride because the charge was correct and I was frustrated with the ineptitude. I also purchased a quart of ice cream though it is $7.99 per quart. I was not willing to buy a loaf of banana nut bread which, if I remember correctly was more than $17.00, when I can the buy the same elsewhere at a more reasonable price. Was not pleased with the experience. The sandwich was good and the ice cream is the best but the operation is lacking.

Came for hot dog and the sign out side said open till 4:00. Got there 3:15 was told deli closed. You advertise it right there on the billboard but it's not correct NEED TO FIX THE CORRECT TIME. I'm diabetic and was looking forward to eating there for the first time. And my last.The young blonde was rude about it too.

Although we haven’t been to the Creamery itself, I found their eggnog at a Whole Foods in Raleigh, NC, where we live. Hands down the smoothest, creamiest and most delicious eggnog I have ever had!!
I spent over $160.00 on food products during a recent visit to your store.....but my grandson could not get a PB&J sandwich because you don't make them anymore? Wait, don't you make and sell peanut butter??? You obviously have bread, maybe no jelly? And my grand girls could not get their turkey sandwich toasted and without the lettuce and tomatoes? You did give back my money for these two sandwichs because you had made them 'your' way instead of how we wanted them but we were disappointed. We were told (after the food was prepared) that the food is made exactly as described on the board, no changes allowed!And your scoops of ice cream are getting smaller and smaller the last few times we have visited?We have been a 'regular' for years....seeing a down turn in the customer service care at this location.

I thought I didn't like eggnog. Until last year, when I had Homestead's eggnog. It's without a doubt the best in the country. I really think the difference is they use all natural ingredients. Unfortunately, this year I moved from South Carolina to Ohio, and it's not available here. But my work takes me on the road around the holidays, and I made several stops at Kroger locations in West Virginia, just so I could stock up for Christmas! If Homestead could figure out shipping, they could conquer the world. Until then, I'll happily make the trip for this amazing nog!

I'm not sure what happened with their cookies & cream ice cream, but it doesn't taste like it used to. It's not creamy at all and has a gritty texture. I initially thought I got a bad batch, but after buying it again yesterday, it had the same texture. I hope they didn't change the recipe. I don't like what I've experienced twice now—it feels like I'm eating sand. I ended up throwing it away. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed soon. I got one quart.
