Last week they left a chicken biscuit out of my order. I called immediately and the guy that checked me out through drive through remembered and I was told I could get Monday or Tuesday morning/leaving a note with my name. Wise Hardee’s refused to honor and I asked for the manager she would not come. I just want my chicken biscuit that I paid for…..
I went to Hardee’s and got my order. Came home and all my order wasn’t in the bag (I was unable to go back at the time). I called them and told them what happened. They wrote my name down and my order in a notebook and told me to come back sometime and they’d replace it free of charge. I went back today to get my order and they said they had no notes or anything that said that. My name wasn’t on any notebook. Then said they’d have to call the general manager.
