Last time I came a few weeks the fries were way to salty. This visit I just let them know and they kindly made me fresh fries with light salt. They tasted amazing. She even gave me salt packets. The person working drive thru was very friendly and quick. Thank you.
Ryan Waters deserves the highest recognition that's available. I was so impressed with his manners and service, I was with 2 elderly ladies and my handicap daughter, they all are very picky eaters. He made sure the food was correct and never once seemed bothered by the special requests. Being in food service myself, don't get impressed with very many food service workers, bit Ryan definitely left a great lasting impression. He is a great benefit to your establishment.
Recently visited and ordered a hamburger in the mobile app. Had to wait 25 minutes for the food. Three customers behind me ordered and got their food before I did. The reason I was given for the terrible service was that they were transitioning between cooks (even though others who ordered got their food just fine). I asked for refund but was denied.
