recently visited Armetta’s, and had a good overall experience. The atmosphere was simple and casual, and it felt like the kind of place that’s great for ordering delivery or picking up food rather than sitting down for a long meal.
The pizza was definitely the highlight. It was very flavorful, with fresh toppings and a well-cooked crust. It’s a little on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth the price.
The service was okay. The server was polite,
Overall, if you’re looking for really good pizza and don’t mind paying a bit more for quality, Armetta’s is a solid spot—especially for delivery or pickup.

I made the mistake of taking myself and my 5 kids here on Valentine's night. I figured that a nice plate of fettuccine Alfredo would do us good and I'd been meaning to check this place out. Seemed like a classic Italian restaurant that I could get reasonably priced food at. Not that night, they tried to get cute and make it a limited menu and jack up the prices for Valentine's Day. I should have just left but I figured how bad could it be? Well for a plate of fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was $28. My bill was $176 for one adult and 5 kids. No drinks, just water. What a joke. The pasta and sauce were actually pretty good but the chicken was dry and bland. My two boys got steak instead of chicken and the steaks were small, over cooked and fatty. I couldn't justify a tip, I felt bad but to charge that much was the real atrocity. Sorry Armetta's Restaurant, I probably caught you on a weird night but it's soured me in this place.

Had a great pizza from this place a few weeks ago. Didn’t realize how nice it looked inside. I plan to go back soon and have seat to try their meatball parmigiana sandwich.
*update* Went back a week ago and had a great sit down meal with my son. The lasagna was delicious and so was the meatball parmigiana sandwich.

Love this little Italian restaurant! Best authentic Italian in Woodbridge, VA. The food is excellent, service is great, loved the atmosphere, and the owners greet you and want to get to know their neighborhood customers. Enjoy!

Terrible service. Extremely rude staff. We will not be returning.
Does not follow Federal ADA rules allowing SERVICE ANIMALS in the restaurant. Will kick you out if you have a service dog.
1. Illegally discriminate against the disabled. 2. Only pay servers $5/hour, per the ad on this page. Not decent people.
HOPE YOU DONT HAVE A DISABILITY, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE.
Goes against the Americans with Disabilities Acts, known as the ADA.
“ If it is your first time getting cited, you might be facing fines around $55,000, and if it happens again, that could jump to $110,000 each time.”
Do better and know better. I personally will never be back after this. This is discrimination.

Came in was asked to seat ourself, sat at a table in the back, after we sat and picked our seat the staff asked us to move to a small table in case a larger party came in. The place was empty and multiple large tables were open.
We ordered our food, calamari was like rubber bands. I think it was pork anus a lot of cheap restaurants order this vs the real thing. Didn’t eat them, asked them to be removed from table and check.
Ordered a medium pizza to go, for my kiddos to snack on later about 25 mins into dinner. Check came, calamari wasn’t removed. Asked to remove the calamari, paid the check and sat back down to wait for the to go pizza. Waited 45 minutes, sitting at the table for the medium cheese pizza to go that was ordered about an hour before at this point.
Advenually I asked about the pizza that was ordered. The man pulled it out of the back and handed it to me. I said did anyone want to tell us it was ready after siting here for an additional 40 mins after we ate and paid? He said we were waiting for you to ask.
Why would we be sitting at the table with no food or drinks coats on just sitting there? It’s not our responsibility to know if the pizza your holding in the back, is done. It’s the restaurants job to let us know. So we left with cold soggy pizza that sat for who knows how long all because I believe we asked for the calamari to be removed from the check.
The server was nice, the grey headed man and brown hair lady were snarky and rude. Food is basic cheap Italian and isn’t good enough to return.

Pizza and take out make this a popular place, but the pasta should not be overlooked.

I ordered a pizza and when it arrived the entire box was drenched in oil — completely soaked through. I called the restaurant to let them know, thinking they would want feedback, but instead the owner told me to “go ahead and post a review.”
So here it is: the quality of the food was unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse. I expected a simple apology or solution, not attitude. Definitely disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again.

An absolutely wonderful place to have a great Italian meal
Armetta’s Italian Grill and Pizzeria is just off Prince William Parkway near Minnieville Road. I think it is a local treasure. It was easy to find as it is tucked in a small shopping center right beside the Prince William Parkway on the north side of the road. It is only minutes from Lake Ridge and Old Bridge, with a huge, well-lit parking lot, so parking should not be an issue. Inside, the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly. Seating is wooden chairs with tables with a fruit design around the edges. You enter and are greeted by hostess. We did not have a reservation and, yet, seating was immediate. The staff was absolutely wonderful even though it is a popular place and our waitress was pretty busy. We got dishes of fettucini alfredo, spaghetti with meat sauce and a cheese pizza. We shared all the dishes between us and still had plenty to take home for extra meals later. The restaurant was kept very clean. The food came out quickly and it was absolutely wonderful. Prices were very reasonable despite the giant servings. If you’re anywhere near Prince William Parkway and are craving authentic Italian-American comfort food done right, Armetta’s is definitely worth the stop.
