You can't go wrong with anything you order but my favorite thing would be the trilogy ceviche
The food was absolutely terrible I had there fish it was cold and rubbery the rice was cold the squid and mussels was not eatable. My husband's limo salteado was rubbery and also cold as well. Will not repeat hear at all.
The restaurant was full as is the usual experience for me on a weekend. However, this evening they didn't seem to have enough staff on hand. Otherwise, everything was good.
Andrea, our server and the other staff made our experience memorable. When she found out we were visiting the restaurant to nor my father's memory on his birthday, she made sure to celebrate him by bringing us a dessert with sparkler and playing a special song over the speakers. Staff stopped and clapped to the song and acknowledged the celebration of memory. I became emotional and Andrea offered me a hug. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were exactly what I needed. The food was delicious as were the drinks. I highly recommend the ceviche and chaufa mixto. The bread pudding with passion fruit for dessert was perfect.
First time visiting! Our server (Andrea) was amazing, very attentive and involved. She helps to make the entire experience tremendously enjoyable. Food quality was superb and the drinks were on point. Definitely coming back.
The food was good. Portions small for the price. For me, I'm almost willing to pay a bit more for smaller portions if the service is stellar. At the end of the day, I'm here for the overall dining experience. However, maybe because our server was new, he spent a lot of time gazing at the service window or out the restaurant window. He didn't ask about refills for water or any other drinks. We were surprised that the ice tea refills were not free, but we had we understand everyone has their own business model Given the volume of the music, it was hard to understand/hear him. Though we asked him to repeat himself several times, it was not registering that he keep the volume up every time he revisited the table. My iced drink was sitting at the bar for a while as he gazed about and only when I caught his eye and guided his eye to the bar, did he go get the drink. The menu and atmosphere is very inviting and inspiring. The music and a good though a bit loud for my tastes, as I had to make extra effort to talk to my dining partner and the server. I don't prefer to work so hard to socialize when I'm trying to relax over a meal. I did notice other server seemed to be a lot more energetic and engaged so perhaps we were just unlucky. I may go back after bit more of time and just make sure we get a better server.

I’ve been to this place many times and usually have a good experience, but today was very disappointing. I ordered a guava juice, but the server brought me a passion fruit juice instead. When I told him it wasn’t what I ordered, he offered to replace it. However, he later came back with the same drink and said that the manager, Rose, refused to change it because I had already sipped from it.
To clarify—I took one sip thinking it was guava, only to realize it wasn’t. I didn’t drink it knowingly. This response made me feel like they intended to reuse the drink, which is very concerning from a hygiene and customer service standpoint.
This experience left a really bad impression, especially given how clearly I communicated my order
Shirmp of Ceviche was not clean (I had to peel one by one) 30 minutes waiting for my "pollo saltado" and my waitress mentioned it was a confusion. Too much soy sauce on my "arroz chaufa" I think the quality is poor now.
I was really excited to try this place. I went over the menu, found their insta, looked at pics and reviews online and picked what I wanted to try. With that said, it was a very disappointing experience. I will not go back. The service was quick to start - the waiter was kind and filled our waters but asked for drink orders before we even opened the drink menu. For appetizers, we ordered the bam bam shrimp, scallops, and empanadas. The flavor of the shrimp was good but was not the highest quality of shrimp. It was dry and wet and had the taste of previously frozen. The empanadas were good but lacked flavor. The sauce it came with was amazing but there was so little of it for the size of the empanadas. The scallops were literally inedible. I’ve never wanted to spit something out at a restaurant before. They reeked of Parmesan and lacked any type of flavor - even cheese. They were white and rubbery and had nothing on them. They had a burnt taste somehow and there was no acid or garlic or anything to save them.
When we asked to take them back and off our bill (something I truly never do) I could see the waiter and manager going back and forth. The manager approached and asked what was wrong with them and it was so uncomfortable to explain it again. The vibes were just off. After that, it felt like the waiter avoided us. There were maybe 4 other tables dining with two servers so busy was not an excuse. We sat for maybe 25 minutes after finishing eating waiting for the check without dishes being cleared. After paying, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We had two drinks, two appetizers, and one main dish. We paid $104 after a 20% tip. We would have rather gone anywhere else for less money. The food was sad and the atmosphere was as well. It was just a bummer because I truly was excited.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We arrived early for our reservation and the host was very nice and was able to accommodate us, that was very nice. It took a while before someone came to greet us at our table and offer drinks or even knowledge we were there, only after I flagged a waitress. She apologized and took our order. My wife ordered la Bandeja Montañera, she was dissapointed, the meat was tough and the chorizo a bit undercooked. I ordered the ceviche classico, it was delicious. I also ordered the pulpo parrillero. The food presentation was very nice. The pulpo, octopus, was a bit overcooked, it was tough and chewy, but I still ate it the flavor was good. We ordered the mora and guanabana drinks. Those were fine. The dinning room was a bit loud but I believe is because is kinda small and was very crowded. I wish we could enjoy the music a bit more. I have to say they were very busy and may be a bit short of staff for a full house. We saw like 3-4 waiters/waitresses with some helpers. I would like to try this place again for a late lunch during the week.

STOP coming here for Happy Hour. Under new management Happy Hour no longer available. All the employees are gone, I went to visit last week and ONE waitress serving all the tables. One chef cooking 🥹
Loud, service acceptable, food wonderful
