I want to thank jojo one of the cashiers managing the store by himself this evening he was very kind and friendly when my daughter went to get some pretzel bites, I’m also in customer service and it means a lot to me when someone goes out of there way to welcome customers with a happy and friendly demeanor. Just the typical “mall Auntie Anne’s” with somewhat fresh pretzel novelties. I stopped in while in the mall on a no-so-busy week day and sampled a cinnamon pretzel bite and it tasted decent, so I but an order of them. They didn’t seem as fresh as the sample I had, but they were decent. Service was OK, nothing special. Prices have gotten a little too high though, considering their quality and service isn’t what it used to be.

Auntie Anne's is the best I always get the cinnamon-sugar pretzel with glaze my whole family loves the place. I just wish it wasn't only in a mall😄😄😄
