Bar Louie - Stonebridge

Today is 14 June, Father’s Day weekend the time is 2:00 PM Saturday. So there’s no mistaking my comment. I ordered off the brunch menu. I ordered eggs, sausage, and home fries. The complete meal looked like crap to start, secondly, the eggs must’ve been cooked on a pile of grease. The sausage links were dry as the toothpicks at the front door. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with an egg and some fries. My wife was very clear about the fact she DID NOT want the egg runny! I be darned if the egg was not runny. Had to send my wife’s meal back.

Our friend ordered a cheeseburger melt with sourdough bread. The bread was hard as a rock and the mail looked terrible to boot.

When the general manager (Alyssa Williams) finally came to our table at least 20+minutes after I asked for her. I asked her how she thought, my food looked?

She stated my eggs looked overcooked and never mentioned anything about the four pieces of dry burned sausage. I literally had nine small pieces of potato wedges, almost the same size as the sausage links that look like they came from the bottom of a potato fryer.

Mrs. Alyssa Williams NEVER apologized or showed any compassion about the fact that I didn’t even get my Father’s Day brunch meal. Zero compensation or even any mention of it! She didn’t even apologize to my wife about her plate or our friend who brought us to your restaurant!

I will never go back to bar Louie. I don’t even wanna walk past the restaurant or the storefront. Absolutely, poor customer service some of the worst I have ever experienced and yes, I did get up and leave.

I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday, Followed up with correspondence to the Stonebridge community Association I will take this as far as I need too. “ YOU POKED THE WRONG ONE THIS TIME”

Service ranges from ok to pretty bad. Also not a very clean place to be.

Didn’t let me bring my small dog when sitting outside. Terrible service and food was bad for the price!

Horrible take out experience. First we waited 40 minutes past stated pick up time. Then the fish sandwich was missing both the slaw and the aioli so what was the point??? Patty melt was missing the onions. And thank goodness we ordered extra ketchup because all we got was two measly packets. Rip off! So disappointing.

The only issue I had was paying $3.50 for a kiddie cup( I didn't complain, it had cartoon characters) of coke with my to-go order. A larger cup would have made my meal 5 stars. Outside of the cup everything else was done well!

They refused service 40 mins before close while still serving other people in front of us. Took 40 minute to get our first round of drinks when we got there at 9:45pm and server forgot things multiple times throughout the night. He had us close our tab at 11pm because he was leaving for the night which is okay as he said he’d send someone else to service us. No one ever came and when we went inside to inquire, they ignored us and refused service when we asked. We never complained about anything and tipped generously and this was so disappointing.

I ordered my food online, I arrived a few minutes early and my order was ready on time. The food was hot and delicious as usual. Overall, it was a great experience.

I must say, for a franchise this establishment has certainly set the bar fairly high. The menu was designed to cater to a variety of guests and although the atmosphere was similar to a Wild West scenic shot, the waitress Alisha was nothing short of personable, helpful, and sharp at her ability to manage each differential request from my party with efficient timing on her return.

Love their brunch! Try the mimosas!

I've never been big on the stereo typical buffalo wings, but Bar Louie has their own version that is making my mouth water just writing about them! The AGM Ray does it from cooking to serving. Man should be running a store. Best wings in

The area and space is cool, but that's where it stops.

25-30 min for drinks to table with only the bar plus a couple tables full.

Server was nice, but bartenders were super curt and rude.

Ordered a double Maker's neat. Came very obviously watered down. Most the other folks with non-beer drinks complained of similarly virgin-esque drinks.

Wasn't gonna leave a poor review, but Google asked about experience...

Tater tots were solid...so that's nice.

While I used to enjoy Bar Louie, the current management is terrible. They will not turn on the heat and are cutting corners on cost at every turn. So cold all the time. Will find an alternative local place concerned with ensuring their patrons are comfortable. Super cheap management

Wait time on the food was trash for a burger fries and tenders. The were out of wings on Monday and it was empty. Looks like there was one chef which would explain the food. Delay bar tender was decent. Atmosphere is decent it the outdoor fire pit that nobody was at. Food was cold but I’m gonna assume that that was because of the delay in delivery.

Came in for a Sunday night game and had AJ as our bartender. She was very attentive and polite, would highly recommend her
