First time coming here and was greatly welcomed here , also the working environment is outstanding. Overall, I wold recommend coming here for your Dunkin run and the food was fresh.

Terrible attention, I always ask for milkshake, the milkshake is supposed to be creamy, at first they gave me that but then they gave me very watery, when I complained they told me that if I wanted creamy I had to pay an extra 2 dollars. That time a certain "JUANITA" helped me.

Went to this Baskin-Robbins on February 21st, 2023. I always order a chocolate-C&C milkshake, for the past 6 months. I get there that day at 4-5 in the afternoon. And ask the question of whether they have the flavors, they said yes, and I attempted to order the shake and was refused being told "We can no longer mix milkshakes". What Ice cream vendor doesn't allow the mixture of different flavors? Coldstone, Sonic, and Dairy Queen to name a few allow this. Why stop allowing it now? I asked for an explanation, and asked if it was a new policy set in place by management, and they sort of just nodded and went with it. They said it began the beginning of February, or end of January. The management at this store is absolutely horrible, The service team often make excuses just to avoid doing any work they're paid to do, and there are times when there is apparently "no ice cream" at an ice cream parlor, and the disregard of previous stated holiday hours in regard to closing early instead is the utmost worst I've ever seen in the food service industry to date.Better to go to the Baskin-Robbins on Jefferson Davis, for $1 extra in tax, I at least have never been disappointed with their customer service or stupid policies that appear out of thin air.

The staff was polite. They have no ice cream even though the digital menus show multiple options for ice cream. I get it, not everything is always available. But it can’t be that difficult to update the digital menu. The MickeyD’s a block away had ice cream and an updated menu. Surely if they can do it, so can BR.

I would love to leave zero stars. The service and management is horrible at this location. It’s close to my house so I’ve given them several attempts to get one order right and every single time I leave disappointment. Save your money and patience this place is not worth it.

I've been there 3 times and it's always been something.. either they don't have a flavor in stocks, or they mess up your order or today I got there and they completely ignore me/the drive through. Horrible staff, not worth the frustration to go

Came to the store at 10pm on a Saturday night. Both google and the signs on your door said that you close at 11pm. The drive-thru also appeared to be open and no one responded. Horrible service!If your times have changed, you need to update that online and ON YOUR STORE SIGNAGE.
