This was in a pint of cookie dough picked up on 1/1/26. I’m thankful it was in my bite and not my young kids. Plus (and not as big of a deal) the cake I ordered online wasn’t available. A more accurate inventory would be nice.

Cashier stated they don't have several flavors that are still being advertised for online pick up. If the flavors are unavailable the online menu needs to reflect instead of us finding out it's out of stock upon pick up. Online orders are so we don't have to stand in line. It's inconvenient to show up at the intended pick up time and the order isn't ready as promised do to stock issues.

Ice cream is good as always. the issue is with local store staff and policies. I always get a mixed shake with 2 flavors, something even advertised by BR as far back as 2019. On this visit, I was told by store employees they can not mix flavors on milkshakes. Don't know if it's just this franchise location doing this, but if it's nationwide, it is a real disappointment. Will have to check other locations and see, maybe even reach out to corporate and see if this policy is real

First time coming here and was greatly welcomed here , also the working environment is outstanding. Overall, I wold recommend coming here for your Dunkin run and the food was fresh.

Terrible attention, I always ask for milkshake, the milkshake is supposed to be creamy, at first they gave me that but then they gave me very watery, when I complained they told me that if I wanted creamy I had to pay an extra 2 dollars. That time a certain "JUANITA" helped me.
