I’ve come here for many years but took a small break. Sent my husband for some pastries and they were so dry. They tasted old like if they’ve been sitting out for a while . I was very disappointed because I was looking so forward to what I remember. I do hope that stuff is not staying out past it shelf life.

My mom ordered a cake for my sisters 15th birthday about a week prior to our celebration. When we got our cake it was completely different from what we asked for, and even then that’s an understatement. My father had picked up the cake and both he AND the worker were very confused, so the worker offered to add fruit to make it look “better” and less plain but he took the cake home to show us. We called in to make known about our situation and the person on the other line, Kevin, was completely rude and disrespectful when we spoke to him.

The cake looked like something you picked up from a grocery store, and wasn’t remotely close to the design we had showed/emailed them (pics below). Since we ordered a tres leches cake, there’s always something done to make sure the cake doesn’t leak, and they have always done this for us. However, this cake was leaking badly and had spilled all over the box and our fridge. When asked about this, their response was “Clean it? I don’t know what you want us to do about it”. We had demanded our money back since our service was just terrible and their solution was “25% off the next purchase”. I can assure you there will not be a “next purchase”. We then asked to speak to the manager and was denied too before we later got a called back from the manager, Nina. She told us to bring the cake back so they can fix it but by the time they wanted to fix their mistake, our event was starting and already had guests over. She had also claimed that the baker hadn’t seen our email of the design, when on our side had a screenshot of that email and the cake was some kind of green so obviously they had some idea.

It was a completely unprofessional and terrible experience. I personally was very upset since this was for my little sister’s 15th birthday, a very exciting time for a girl and the cake she had asked for came out nothing like the theme or what we ASKED and PAYED for. Not to mention how rude they were to my parents. This was all very disappointing because we have ordered from this bakery for all of our events for years. However, they need to check their professionalism and customer service skills for the future.

I’ve always gotten a cake from here for the events that are important because they never fail me. The cake’s flavor are delicious and the designs have always been spot on. They offered a cake tasting for my first experience with them and I e been sold ever since. So much so that I’m coming from Baltimore next weekend to get another. Here are some cakes they’ve done for me in the past. My favorite flavor is red velvet and buttercream 👩🏾‍🍳😘

Terrible customer service. bought fruit cake. fruits had mold on them. It looks good in the outside but very disappointing on the inside. Will never return.

Honestly, their variety of pasties is impressive for the area. I appreciate that I can get a box of mixed mini cakes instead of being stuck with just one big cake. As for the atmosphere, it’s more of a bakery where you grab and go rather than a place to relax and hangout.

The customer service was great but the desserts were not. The baked goods taste like they're store bought or from a vendor. The creme brulee taste like it sat for awhile and had the taste from the other desserts.

I'm sure they have great products due to the reviews but I may have not gotten what was raved about.

I got a tiramisu, lemon meringue pie and an Oreo mousse for my family and they loved them! The lady at the counter was very nice and the prices were reasonable! I will be back and I will tell other people! My only regret is I didn’t take a picture of the desserts before everyone ate them.

I have ordered cakes and cupcakes from here for years now and my family and friends always say how delicious the cakes and cupcakes are. Sometime you are scared to eat them because the details on the cakes are so beautiful.

BUYER BEWARE! They serve rock hard frozen Crème Brûlée. They refuse to refund your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place should be shut down for fraud.

So I order a cake on Friday the 13th my family has been going there for a while now I wouldn’t go anywhere else not to mention the pastry are on point super delicious my wife loved her cake and they we’ll get it done I givin them such a short notice and 100% satisfied

I got NY style cheesecake. The cake doesn’t have any real cheese in it also the taste was very bad.
