The food here was delicious and amazing but what made the experience unforgettable was the service! If you are celebrating something special or you just want to have a wonderful dining experience, Bistrol L'hermitage is where you want to be.
I made reservations at 8:00 PM the night before thanksgiving. I had family from out of town who would not be around for thanksgiving, so it was intended as a celebration. Having enjoyed many meals there before, I thought of Bistro Hermitage as my first choice for a special meal with family. What a huge disappointment and I was very embarrassed by the service.
