It was dead in there, but I really didn't mind. Service was swift and consistent. The food was good. The chef even came out and introduced himself. That was a very nice touch. I'm a sucker for Bob Evans sausage patties, so I'll be back for certain.

Workers are very slow & almost incoherent. They act like it’s your fault that they don’t know what’s going on. I ordered for pick up at 11:30 am. I got a text saying my food was done at 12:01. Once I arrived , I didn’t receive my food until 12:45.
The Manager is an older Spanish lady who hates her job.

I sat down at 11am . Food didn't come until 12:15. I know because I sat facing the clock as I was on a meeting. Seemed very disorganized from the time I met the host up to the time I had to ask the manager to go check on my order. He was kind and comped the food. Probably won't go back here though.

I'd swear my grandma cooked those fries in her cast iron skillet. The food is the next best thing to home cooking. And our waitress, Felicia, was like an old friend asking what to make for lunch.

Breakfast (time) is amazing! I love it.Make sure you ask for Robin! Shes the best. However! Avoid for lunch and dinner! It is a nightmare. You will be left waiting and wonder why your food hasn't arrived when its just you and another customer in the restaurant at 5pm. You have been warned! Go early! While the morning staff is in. After that you are setting yourself up for failure.

Girl let me tell ya'll... never again will I eat here. I got the 2 Biscuit sandwiches with pancakes .. jesus, those pancakes were BLAND. Hear me? B-L-A-N-D like the POTATOES. No seasoning. No pepper. No salt. No green peppers, something, god damn. Pancakes tasted like they added a PINCH of brown sugar and that was it. Stick to iHop for Pancakes and breakfast ya'll. I'm done with Bob, Bob ain't got it.

Worst customer service ever. The employees are rude and always ignore customers for no reason. It seems like they never want to help. They are so mean, and the food takes a really long time to prepare.
As a DoorDash and Uber Eats driver, this place is an embarrassment. Every time I go there, they waste a lot of my time just to make me feel ignored. The young lady at the cashier will ignore you for no reason! If possible, hire better workers!
