This was my worst experience as a former waitress. I like to go out to places where there’s great service, great food and it’s family friendly (especially where I can take my 9 month old son). My family and I came in at 1:30pm and we got sat like 10 min later when there was NO CUSTOMERS waiting. I saw about 5-6 waiters make contact with us and didn’t even think about communicating with us saying someone will be with us shortly. Once after we finally got seated we had requested a high chair and I had to go ask for one which the hostess/waitress had to move us to a different part of the restaurant where high chairs were allowed. Our waitress gets our orders but we still waited for about 40min- 1hr and we still didn’t get any food out. Please keep in mind there was no customers so I kindly went and asked her to see how long until the food came out. I didn’t really get a time just that they had just finished a part of an entree. After that I just decided to leave. I’m honestly more upset at the lack of communication and how not even a manager tried to apologize or anything. I really think management needs to get trained and also have the staff get trained in customer service because no one in that building had a sense of knowledge about customer service.

Stopped by this morning after our doctors appointments. Wasn’t busy but short staffed. Our server was Ginny, who we had before and truly adore. She is the reason for the stars. The food was different today. I think the kitchen was struggling because my usual meal was not the same. Will we return? Of course! Did we complain? No! There are off days in any occupation, could have been a new cook….we didn’t ask! This review is for Ginny! Ask for her if you want GREAT SERVICE!

What went wrong...Sloooow service.Server was too busy training to tend tables properly.Waited 15 minutes for coffee creamer. We left because it was so slow and horrible.

I have eaten at this establishment several times. It's nothing great, but the food is decent and reasonably priced. Depending upon the time you visit, they may be really understaffed and require a longer wait for assistance. That has been the case for every visit for me except for once.

This was a huge disappointment we love to eat at Bob Evan’s when we visit the US we went here for breakfast they didn’t have biscuits, no bread, no tea, no peppers for our omelette we asked if they were closing and our waiter said no the truck hadn’t comeMaybe they should go to a grocery store and buy productsVery disappointed and what we did get was not good
