Went for wing day and was met with a mess. Completely inefficient and while the time said we would receive our food at 8:20, we stayed in the restaurant for an hour and a half with no food, until we had to go home to shower and call again to finally pick up the food near 11 pm. This was ridiculous and I wish there was an option to cancel. The wings were dry as well. The staff were trying but overall it was a horrible experience

I came on wing day and it was slammed and there was a super long wait however, the staff were hustling and communicating very well everyone’s wait times and getting orders out quickly as they could. The manager was hard working with her team and the take out girl answering the phones was amazing and helpful. I would recommend this location and plan to go back soon.

Came in for dine in at 630. Ordered food and drinks and it’s now almost 9. Only got 1 appetizer and was told the priority is the doordash/pick up orders. Why even dine in?

**Disappointing Experience with My Burger Order**

I recently visited Buffalo wild wings and was excited to try their famed burgers. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

When I placed my order, I specifically asked for a plain burger with just ketchup and pickles. However, when my food arrived, I was surprised to find honey mustard and mayo slathered all over it! I hadn’t asked for those condiments at all, and the combination completely overwhelmed the flavor of the burger.

I decided to take a bite, hoping for the best, but the sweet and creamy mix was just not what I was looking for. I prefer a classic burger taste, and this wasn't it. I ended up requesting a replacement, but it was disappointing to have to deal with this issue in the first place.

While the staff was polite and accommodating, I hope they can improve their order accuracy in the future. I would like to give this place another try, but next time, I’ll be extra clear about my order. For now, I can’t recommend this burger base on my experiences

Overall good experience. Service was noticeably slower than on previous visits to this location. My server attempted to make up for the slow service and it was appreciated.

Holy wowsers this is our 3rd terrible experience in a row!! What happened to our beloved B-Dubs??!! Wings were cooked perfectly, albeit a little lacking on sauces. Salads we ordered were fresh, cold, properly sized, and well dressed. The bar service was atrocious again though; ignored for 15 minutes, then wait 25 minutes to get the incorrect drink 😅😅. We'll try one more time and sit elsewhere. There are too many good places to dine in for these kinds of experiences, especially when I can buy the wings much cheaper and the sauces are at wally world!!!

This location is not good. My family and I walked in on a Saturday Evening close to 7 pm and the place was dirty and empty. Only a few other customers were in there. We saT down and no one greeted us or came over to check on us at all. We sat there 10 minutes and then walked out. Service is horrible.

We were seated and after 10 minutes no one had even gotten our drinks, nor acknowledged us. I used to love coming here, but the service is surely taking a steep downfall. Tables were uncleaned, it seems there was only one server, and a bunch of workers were just chatting at the host stand. If you are short staffed please don’t let being stingy cause your customers to have to wait so long just to even get a greeting.
