Visited this location earlier in the week. Staff person at the window was very rude and unpleasant. Handed me the order, closed the window then spit in the trash can. Disgusting. Stay away if possible.

The worst thing you can do is go buy a burger king inside the mall, 20 minutes per sandwich, when you arrive, open my food, everything is bad, it doesn't have lettuce or tomato, but it does have cheese, which I didn't ask for, the manager is the most disgusting thing I can see almost. I throw away my food as if I hadn't paid for it and he yells at me. They definitely don't have costumer service. If they don't like to work, I don't understand what they are doing, what a bad experience.

Karol was unprofessional. There was a line. I was supposed to be next, instead a Hispanic women walked up without seeing the line. The other girl took my order and I explained the issue. She either didn’t understand or simply didn’t care . Laughing behind the counter while getting my drink made it clear she didn’t care. The kids at the Burger King in Potomac mills food court need to learn professional work behavior.
