I placed an order from the Burger King is in the mall and to no surprise the service was horrible and there are NO REFILLS on your drink. For a refill is a 1.39 ... come on. Horrible Horrible. Horrible. Don't waste your time order from there. - I will not make the mistake again.

Karol was unprofessional. There was a line. I was supposed to be next, instead a Hispanic women walked up without seeing the line. The other girl took my order and I explained the issue. She either didn’t understand or simply didn’t care . Laughing behind the counter while getting my drink made it clear she didn’t care. The kids at the Burger King in Potomac mills food court need to learn professional work behavior.

Horrible customer service. I stood at the counter for almost three minutes while they stood around talking. All I ordered was a double Whopper w/cheese and a Dr. Pepper. I had to repeat the order to her three times and she still did not get it right.

I have been coming to this Burger King for the LONGEST TIME! Never have I had an issue with my order. I have ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich AND ADD CHEESE. Ofc they charge 50 cents for the cheese but this time, they said they never did that and refused to put cheese on a SANDWICH.
