After ordering a BBQ BRISKET WHOPPER JR with no pickles and extra items. Im expecting to go home and enjoy the meal with my family… find out i get the wrong burger.. the crispy onion whopper. No bigge, go back and advise employees of mistake and they replaced it. ONLY FOR THE SAME PROBLEM TO HAPPEN. Whay is going on?? Where is the miscommunication, after the cashier and im assuming other cook confirmed BBQ BRISKET. Why am i receiving the wrong order TWICE.

Sometimes at night they'll stop answering the drive through or lie about mobile orders not going through to get people to leave. It sucks that this is the only one open so late around here, but I guess if Burger King doesn't want my business...

At this point you either need to shut down the place or hired more employees. This is the slowest Burger King I have ever been too. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go you will sit in the drive though for 20 mins or more.

Service is slow, the staff are argumentative, and management is poor. This location is an embarrassment to the Burger King brand. Despite having plenty of employees, they can’t process orders effectively or efficiently. They were out of buns and Whopper sandwiches, so why even stay open? Staff argued with an elderly gentleman about there being no trays for dine-in customers, claiming they were unusable, even though the pictures clearly show where they are. To top it off, the ice cream had a strong “fridge smell,” likely from improper storage, which can cause unpleasant tastes and odors.

I just wanted 2 orders of fries for my kids. I never would’ve thought that a random stop via the drive through would lead to a 45 min wait. There was no way for to leave the line with cars behind me and no space to go around those ahead of me. Typically, restaurants with drive-throughs will have people move ahead and park somewhere if their food is taking longer than normal, but not in this case. Each person seemed to have a long wait for their order and we all were held hostage for the duration.
They’ve got to manage the line better.

The restaurant was extremely hot inside and staff were completely unbothered by complaints. Staff were rude to customers and ignored some all together. Ice machine was empty and young man had an attitude about filling up cups with ice from the back and refilling the ice machine. Sweet tea tasted very old and spoiled. Restaurant and parking lot was not clean at all. The ONLY positive was they didnt screw up our order..
Workers stood around talking while store was super busy almost every table was occupied not to mention all the people standing around. The boys were rude and unprofessional AND NOT wearing gloves

SLOW! After placing my drive thru order, there were 2 people in front of me. It took 13 minutes to get my COLD food.

Burger King food is not so good anymore the tea wasn't sweet, you have to pay for cheese and the nuggets taste rubbery and the French fries are too salty, Cutomer service was good and location is good.
