I ate there around 12:30pm on a Tuesday. To be honest I wasn't expecting much, but for a fast food restaurant it really wasn't bad. The young lady who took our order provided good customer service. She was wearing a headset so I believe she was working the drive thru as well as the front counter.
The food was served up in only a couple of minutes. The Whopper Meal was good and just what I expected it to be. The onion rings were pretty much bite-sized and cooked properly. The french fries were not as good as many other fast food restaurants, but they were very clean with no burns or skin residue.
During my visit, a work crew was in the lobby area and it looked like they were installing a couple of kiosks, which I'm guessing will be used in the future to assist with allowing people to place orders.
The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces available.

I placed a mobile order, and before I got there someone else took my order. The store was not helpful, and just referred me to use the help in the app. The response was to offer me a $10 credit, but my lost order was valued at $15. When I asked for a larger credit, they stopped responding. So now I will need to try to get my credit card company to reverse the charge. Overall a terrible experience.

Speaker was broken. Waited in the drive thru 45 minutes waiting to pick up a doordash order. Got to the widow and the lady went to the bathroom. 2 minutes. Finally tell her the order and she said it had already been picked up over 30 minutes ago and refused to remake the order.

It was bad experience some months ago but past weeks ago there’s improvement alot. Perfect fresh food hell hot fries staff behavior good. Might be management changed something like that now on im going this location regularly its worth my money now. Whoever manage this location keep it up thank you.

Always skipped other burger king locations just come to here reason is always get hot and fresh food. Now days there drive thru not working but there staff really hard working they keep apologizing about drive thru and long waiting. Really nice environment and nice peoples.

It's burger king, so obviously nothing amazing. But as far as burger kings go this location tends to have very fast service with relatively quality food. A lot of the soda options at the drink dispenser are a little off tasting though.

Tried and failed 3 times now! First two times were for breakfast. First time through my order of an egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns was cold. The second time I sat in line for OVER 10 MINUTES before 1030 to watch the menu switch over as I was trying to make my order. I was told I could no longer order breakfast food The last time was for lunch. It took almost 30 MINUTES to get the the line and my fries were almost cold. Not worth your time or money, go somewhere else!
