Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The food was not good and extremely expensive for the quality. The customer service was poor from the very beginning. The person who took my order in the drive-thru was very rude, and when I received my order, it was incomplete. On top of that, the person who handed me my food practically threw it at me and just said, “Here is your order,” with no courtesy at all. Overall, this was a terrible experience and not worth the price. I paid almost $60 for 2 #1 1 kids menu and 1#5.

If you’re wanting to go through the drive-through at Burger King, and there’s more than two cars in line, pass this place up because you will be waiting more than half an hour.

I order from here regularly. Usually they are able to cook the food well enough so that it is in edible form. Today ordered a whopper through the app and when I noticed it didn’t taste right I looked down and saw that it was undercooked and pink on the inside. Things happen and usually they do ok so I assumed I could take it back and at least get a refund. Talked to the manager and she said that I need to talk to customer service on the app. Really? You guys give me undercooked meat and the store I got it from can’t just give me a refund for the burger? I thought that was the least they could do and if this is really their policy it is quite a silly one. Now we unnecessarily have escalated an issue that could have been solved right then and there and I am writing this review which I wouldn’t be if they just issued a refund at the store. Currently waiting for them to get back to me after I went through the customer service steps on the app like the manager said. If you are still reading this review it is because they haven’t refunded me yet.

I visited today again and surprisingly this place like before great hospitality and fresh and hot food. All team and managers very friendly, it was crazy busy but they deliver Food so fast and like always hot and fresh. I will always drive past other Burger Kings to come here.
