Slow service
They had no meat and gave me burnt food and on top of that was mad because I wanted cheese on the burnt sandwich they gave me

Worst experience ever. Ice cream didn’t work, so they made me reach out to corporate for a refund and then they forgot my nuggets. Fn terrible. Bunch of regards running that store.
This location has improved compared to a few years ago when their customer service was awful.

Not sure if they’re short handed but literally waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for an online order. The fries were not even half full and the bacon cheeseburgers didn’t have bacon ?

Drive through took 20 minutes before we could order... I ordered a large onion rings she didn't order it and sweet Iced Tea .. I received it unsweetened. Apparently, they do not serve serve Impossible Whopper anymore, so I ordered the fish sandwich, which was good and the fries were fresh and perfectly salted. 3 🌟 's

I went through the drive thru and paid with my debit card after the cashier having my card and walking away from the window I got a text notification I was charged twice. I asked before I pulled up did you charge me twice they stated no. I left the drive thru went inside spoke to the manager and he stated he only saw one transaction even though I showed him I was billed twice they refused to refund the second transaction.
