Drive through took 20 minutes before we could order... I ordered a large onion rings she didn't order it and sweet Iced Tea .. I received it unsweetened. Apparently, they do not serve serve Impossible Whopper anymore, so I ordered the fish sandwich, which was good and the fries were fresh and perfectly salted. 3 🌟 's

I went through the drive thru and paid with my debit card after the cashier having my card and walking away from the window I got a text notification I was charged twice. I asked before I pulled up did you charge me twice they stated no. I left the drive thru went inside spoke to the manager and he stated he only saw one transaction even though I showed him I was billed twice they refused to refund the second transaction.

I used to come here since it was close to my work, but over the last year they always seem to have a rotating staff that is so inconsistent. Every time I go to eat, they always have the least trained person on cash register and is always messing up orders. I use my Burger King app for rewards points, and always end up losing my points because they "forgot what I ordered". They never do anything to try and fix the situation and I can never seem to get a manager when I ask for one. This Burger King has become and absolute circus with people who don't know how to do their job or know how their registers work. I do not ever plan on returning here again. DO NOT eat here; they will waste your time amd money.
