This place refused to serve me WATER with my $20 burger. They demanded that I buy a soda, or a bottle of water. This is actually illegal in the state of Virginia, as dehydration is a life and death issue. Because they refuse to serve water to their customers, I walked out on my order before paying, and WILL NEVER RETURN to this company’s anti-customer establishments. First time eating/ordering from here, and never again! Horrible. The delivery lady waited for our food, which was supposed to be delivered by 6:59, for over an hour! Add to it they didn't send all our Food! Received our food at 7:48 PM! $130 and not worth it at all! The delivery support and I tried calling to speak to a Store Manager; once you selected #3 to connect to a manager, it would ring 3 times, silence, and hang up! I called 3 times! What kind of customer service is this?
