So I went in on Saturday, October 19th at 8:50, place closes at 11pm. I was only person, people were cleaning up and register guy was like we're closing in 30 minutes. I said website said 11pm, he said oh what's today and I said, Saturday and he was like you are right. What would you like?
I asked for a Burgfi double cheeseburger and regular fries and can you make them crispy. I also asked for a fresh burger. My problem with this location is that the lettuce and tomato are always frozen (multiple times visiting), so when you eat your burger, it always taste cold. I said I want it hot.
Their fries are always undercooked and soggy, so that's why I asked for crispy. The guy behind the counter, didn't care one bit, made me feel like I was a bother.
Also, grabbing napkins and ketchup, while waiting, I told him ketchup was out, so over next ten minutes he didn't tell anyone to fix it. So I left with no ketchup for the fries. While I was waiting at least 10 other people came in so the crew looked bummed they actually had to work. I'm not making this up.
I get home (5 minutes away), burger is cold with frozen veggies (could feel crunch as I bit into) fries soggy as usual, no crispy as per order, they didn't even try.
Sorry, I bothered you counter man. After 5 tries, this burgerfi has always disappointed, I will never, never, comeback. Food sucks. Paid $18 for a cold burger and inedible fries...... once again.....
If I could leave a zero star review, I would.
