Updated after a horrible experience: Please...don't waste your time here. Recommend going to Trattoria Villagio for a far better experience.Food was good although the demi glaze for the lamb arrived about 10 min after the meal for my husband, and I wasn't offered any parm for my pasta when served, but not a mission stopper.I do not recommend sitting at the bar, as the seats are way too close together, and the regulars get much better attention. We normally visit weekly, but there seems to be a daily crowd that takes over the bar seating.We dropped $165 and felt forced out of our seats before I finished my 15 dollar drink, when some rude regulars walked in and encroached on our space. The bartender did nothing and just laughed when my husband complained about how rude this couple was to me.We've been nothing but kind and generous to the staff, but they failed to have our six when this horribly rude lady took my husband's seat even after I told her I wasn't quite finished, as her husband hovered behind me. The staff should have jumped in and guided them to another seating option.I'm sure the staff could care less that we will never return. Just sharing to provide some Intel to others, as no one should drop 165 bucks and go home upset.

Not one to usually do these, but im very upset I placed an order online came in to pick up and usually the Togo door is locked so I went through the front I told the host I was here to pick up an order he said the Togo is outside to the left so I go to see if door was open but it was locked so I came back in just to be told “ knock on the door someone will come to you” I said the door was locked and I saw no one there he said he will get someone to come. I had to walk back outside in the cold rain. When I was greeted at Togo spot the specialist did not even let me in and let me stand outside again in the cold rain to process my payment and then proceeded to ask me how much I wanted to leave for a tip. I felt a little overwhelmed I usually leave 25% or more to servers so I still tipped 10% despite the service I felt like the service I got shouldn’t have deserved a tip at all coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant industry this was upsetting.
