I've never seen an assembly style restaurant make one item of an order and tell you to go back to the end of the line to order your second item. Not Chipotle, not Subway, etc. I ordered one bowl for my daughter and tried to order a bowl for myself and a 3rd for my husband. They made the whole bowl for my daughter but didn't start on mine. instead they started a bowl for the person behind me in line. And they could not figure out how to add another bowl for me- telling me that I could pay for the first one and get back in the long line to order mine or pay for both at the end but still required me to go to the back to order more food. I declined to order anything for myself and my husband. Y'all got 1/3 of my order and won't get any more money from me.

We went in for lunch to try it out and facility was very unclean so we left. No experience with the food because when the eating area is filthy, imagine the area you can't see where the food is prepared.

I’ve been going here for years off and on. The food is always good. Just went back after a long break and they remodeled, cut their menu down, and are now set up with a food line concept like Chipotle. Super bummed they no longer have the salmon bowl/salad but more bummed about the tahini milkshakes, soft serve, and the coffee drinks being gone. Was a big draw for me, so will only go back if convenient. Again, the staff, always, are extremely friendly.

2021: Food very good. But a strange concept with the tables. Doesn't quite work. When you enter you have to stand in line and order at the cashier. You order from a menu with very tiny and light Grey print. But the food was good. I told the cashier to pick something for me. Also, this format has the potential for long lines since you have to pick from a menu that is hard to read and not the usual food production line like other Cavas. ☆☆☆
