This place is hands down a 10/10! We visited the Woodbridge location. Jose attended us, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The food is to die for with rich flavors Infused. I recommend the Peruvian dishes - pollo saltado and the carne asada. Our boys really enjoyed the steak fajitas, with a French fries and fried rice - big win.

I don't usually write reviews but It's a shame... the food was tasteful but the prices are different when you order on the phone. In most places, if you order for delivery it costs more, at this establishment if you order on the phone it actually costs more!?! When I picked up my order I noticed it cost more than what I saw online on the storefront website for online orders. I went to my car and wasn't going to say anything but decided to go back in and ask if there was possibly a mistake.. When I asked the person behind the counter, she confirmed that an online order is more cheaper than a phoned in order or at the counter.

This restaurant is a clean and welcoming spot with great food. I visited for the first time and got the 1/4 chicken with fried rice and salad which was tender, juicy and flavorful. Also got the steak nachos which I was impressed by how good they taste and it’s great how you can customize it to your liking. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious meal.

Our recent visit to Charcoal Chicken was absolutely wonderful! We were lucky to have Jose help us out, and he made the experience even better. His friendly and attentive service really stood out, making sure we had everything we needed and more.
The food? Incredible. The chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of char. Even the sides were on point. And the wood they use for grilling adds such a tasty, smoky flavor that takes everything to the next level.
Jose and the team made this visit unforgettable. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, quick service, and a welcoming vibe, Charcoal Chicken is it. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Woodbridge!

Sub par food. Yucca was dry and hard. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Basic seasoning. This food was cooked with no love. The best part was the plantains. I try to give new places a chance but I struck out today. The restaurant was clean and well kept but the restroom had no soap. Clear menu with decent prices.

I have to say that this place have gone from a solid 4 stars to 2 stars. The chicken have definitely gone down hill from a year ago. Service is still great, but that won't get me to come back. Today, I was there at 12:25 PM. I would think that the chicken would be nice and juicy. I ordered 1/2 chicken with 2 sides. The sides were good. The chicken was dried out. I typically get breast and wing piece and a leg and thigh piece when I order 1/2 chicken. Lately, I've been getting all dark meat. Their other foods are actually pretty good, but the food item that the restaurant is named after could use a lot of improvement. They are able to do it since they did it before. I will need to move on from this restaurant to find me some other place to get Peruvian chicken.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of coming to eat at Charcoal Chicken for the second time, the food is awesome and fresh, its a must have. The fried rice, the philly chicken and cheese on gyro bread the cheese potatoes, and a half of chicken and so much more. It is all a melt in your mouth experience, I highly recommend this restaurant to any and everyone, its more than 5 stars. The customer service is great!! and the restaurant owner is super polite and helpful. The restaurant is really clean and you can tell they take great pride in their buisness. We will be coming back for more with our family soon. Everyone come out support and eat some great food at Charcoal Chicken you will leave satissfied for sure.

Although online menu prices appeared reasonable, my final bill was significantly higher than expected ,please please reconfirm price before purchasing food they overcharge and get upset when one ask for explanation of charge.
