Makes no sense that I have to wait in line still for an order pickup. That's the point of doing one. On top of that, the order was wrong and when I went back, the workers didn't apologize. The workers need to be more attentive and more polite.
Won’t be going back, got food poisoning after eating from here. Got the Philly cheesesteak and my sober started cramping up, then threw up for 8 hours straight every 20 minutes and had diarrhea.
I’m a regular costumer at this place. I used to go there almost every weekend. Today was my first time going there in a couple of months. I picked up 4 full-size Philly cheesesteaks; price is the same. Although, I was very disappointed once I came back home and opened the boxes. The size of the sandwiches have been minimized. The amount of meat and stuffing has decreased significantly, and I asked for all the options they had. My family were also disheartened by what they saw, and we have decided to never return to this embarrassment of an establishment. I strongly recommend to avoid this place at all costs.
They rush to make your food and over priced for the amount they offer. I don’t consider myself being stingy but 4 mozzarella sticks for $4.29? I felt it was a scam and over priced. The sand-which was made sloppy and messy.
Terrible placing of my bacon acted like they didnt care at all rushed me out the line and everything pitiful and awful service never again…
Absolutely awful. Veggies completely unseasoned (like not even a lick of salt) and soggy to the point that they drain through to the bun and make it difficult to hold, and create a watery-mayonnaisey puddle in my food box; it made me wanna throw up having to put something with the consistency of baby vomit in my mouth to be honest. I’ve had Charley’s at other places before (Springfield mall) so I have a reference point for what good charley’s tastes like and this really ain’t it.
Terrible experience, I have never been treated as badly as in this Charleys located in Potomac Mills Mall, the cashier named Esther threw my food at me and yelled at me in front of the customers to get out of the place, when I asked her about my food, super unfair I wasn't asking for anything for free, I had paid for my food in an online order, even the cook and other women in that place made fun of me, I felt terribly humiliated :(

They literally stole my money. When I ordered my food they said the transaction did not go through. I showed my bank transaction which said the money is on pending and going to be declined, but the manager said the money will be back in two days. Now, the money has been withdrawn from my account for a sandwich that I did not get it!!! They stole my money.

Says they are open until 8. Went up to the counter at 7:55 and the employees said they are Closed. They owner needs to teach them what hours of operation mean.

The cashiers have terrible service, the food is cold, the sodas have no refil and they charge you separately. The food says a price but they charge you separately for each topping. A sandwich at 7:50 cost me almost 30 dollars.

This food was so nasty. The cheesesteak was dry as hell even with the cheese on it. It was so dry my throat was begging for some water. There was not an ounce of seasoning on it. The fries were hard as if they hadn’t been cooked all the way and there was no seasoning on them even after I season them when I got home.
