I'd give zero stars if I could. Literally waited 30 minutes for my food for it to be wrong. Another 10 minutes for the right one, there was more bread than anything! Customer service is terrible, they ignore anything you ask of!

Its charleys ... its in the mall. Mall sucks but Charleys is amazing. I will say they're getting expensive idk if it's tariffs or just prices all around are going up but for 2 people I basically spent 40 bucks on 2 subs and 2 fries.

Staff is very short with you when ordering and quiet even in a mall. I ordered american and extra meat just to be met with the stock sandwich the way it comes with regular meat and provolone. The fries are saltless, the bread isn't toasted, so it falls apart before you can eat, the meat is flavorless, and not even salt is added. I was disappointed enough i didn't even finish my sandwich.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered steak sandwiches and paid $19.55, expecting at least decent service. Instead, told there are no refills for soda drinks which would be fine if the policy was communicated clearly and respectfully. Unfortunately, the so-called manager, Scott. Her attitude was dismissive, and the way she handled the situation was unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, Honestly, I hope this store closes down soon so no one else has to go through what I did

Ordered 20 boneless and expected what it looked like on the menu because in Cali thats what happened. Got a white box with depressing wings, brown paper bag with my fries inside and gave me 5 ketchup packets when I didn’t even ask for them. Two ranches from a random place that weren’t even good. Wings weren’t good and my Dr Pepper was’t even Dr Pepper, it was Pepsi?! They didn’t speak a word to me and took me a couple minutes to wait for my drink but apparently they had already gave it to me but didn’t say a word to me or at me and just placed it on the top.

Makes no sense that I have to wait in line still for an order pickup. That's the point of doing one. On top of that, the order was wrong and when I went back, the workers didn't apologize. The workers need to be more attentive and more polite.

Won’t be going back, got food poisoning after eating from here. Got the Philly cheesesteak and my sober started cramping up, then threw up for 8 hours straight every 20 minutes and had diarrhea.

I’m a regular costumer at this place. I used to go there almost every weekend. Today was my first time going there in a couple of months. I picked up 4 full-size Philly cheesesteaks; price is the same. Although, I was very disappointed once I came back home and opened the boxes. The size of the sandwiches have been minimized. The amount of meat and stuffing has decreased significantly, and I asked for all the options they had. My family were also disheartened by what they saw, and we have decided to never return to this embarrassment of an establishment. I strongly recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

They rush to make your food and over priced for the amount they offer. I don’t consider myself being stingy but 4 mozzarella sticks for $4.29? I felt it was a scam and over priced. The sand-which was made sloppy and messy.

Absolutely awful. Veggies completely unseasoned (like not even a lick of salt) and soggy to the point that they drain through to the bun and make it difficult to hold, and create a watery-mayonnaisey puddle in my food box; it made me wanna throw up having to put something with the consistency of baby vomit in my mouth to be honest. I’ve had Charley’s at other places before (Springfield mall) so I have a reference point for what good charley’s tastes like and this really ain’t it.

Terrible experience, I have never been treated as badly as in this Charleys located in Potomac Mills Mall, the cashier named Esther threw my food at me and yelled at me in front of the customers to get out of the place, when I asked her about my food, super unfair I wasn't asking for anything for free, I had paid for my food in an online order, even the cook and other women in that place made fun of me, I felt terribly humiliated :(

They literally stole my money. When I ordered my food they said the transaction did not go through. I showed my bank transaction which said the money is on pending and going to be declined, but the manager said the money will be back in two days. Now, the money has been withdrawn from my account for a sandwich that I did not get it!!! They stole my money.

Says they are open until 8. Went up to the counter at 7:55 and the employees said they are Closed. They owner needs to teach them what hours of operation mean.

The cashiers have terrible service, the food is cold, the sodas have no refil and they charge you separately. The food says a price but they charge you separately for each topping. A sandwich at 7:50 cost me almost 30 dollars.
