Ordered a #7 with no tomatoes. Drove all the way back home 15mins to find my sandwich with nothing but lettuce on top and lettuce under my chicken. No bacon and no cheese. Just bread tons of lettuce and chicken.
-Came back to fix the order, they reused the same cold sandwich. They did not remake the sandwich. They just placed cold cheese and bacon in the lettuce filled chicken sandwich 40min old sandwich. Manager stated she asked her employees to remake it, but they failed to.Got my partial refund for sandwich.

Don't get me wrong I love Chick-fil-A, but it's all about attention to detail at the drive- thru. This location does well With Carryout and Eat-in but drive-theu they are ALWAYS guaranteed NOT give you everything you've paid your hard earn money for. This location is a mile from my home and I always dread the drive-thru for my orders that are more than one person. I have gone here since they've opened and I they've never gotten my order right. Dunno why, may theybe aren't checking to verify. . . I don't know. But I would stay away from their drivethru.

Good food on drive thru food was sopping wet they said due to”butter” and “not sure” my soup was so hot the plastic melted into the cup. Food was disgusting and staff didn’t want to make things right. I won’t be back till something is rectified. Ruined my lunch.

I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and one spicy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the two grilled chicken sandwiches were undercooked and very tender, appearing almost raw. I contacted customer service, and I was told I would receive an email follow-up, but I have not received anything yet. I had to dispose of the grilled chicken because it did not look safe to eat.

I’m still trying to resolve an incorrect order that happened in October of last year. It’s usually an easy fix, but because it’s been such a hassle, I feel the need to see it though. I’ve gone to the restaurant, they tell me I have to contact CFA Cares. Call CFA cares, they say I have to resolve it through the restaurant. I’ve called or been to the restaurant at least 6 times which is very disappointing. My first job was also CFA where I eventually became a Jr Manager by 15, so I know and understand CFA standards.

Im no longer a fan of Chic Fil A. The chicken breast has gotten smaller and not as tasty. I have never been a fan of their fries ... but they still lead the pack in their process & customer service when it comes to fast food

Not the food but the staff, more specific one if the lead his name is Sherwan (at least this what i was told… at Saturday july 26-2025, i had a very bad experience as a member of a family who worked and served in Chick-fil-A for more than five years, breaking the code of conduct out Chick-fil-A in front of me with a red flag, Sherwin the manager yelled, and gave a nasty look to Matthew when Matthew was already having what I ask in a paper bag. Ask Matt if I can please get one of each Chick-fil-A sauces. I wanna try them so I can buy the bigger quantity or the bottles from Walmart he agreed and he was serving me such a nice person, but Sherwin came to him with a very bad look yelling. Tell him that don’t do this. Don’t get this to him. You have to pay for it and they charge me money for it I ended up paying for it cause I really wanna try the flavor so I can buy the big bottles I live within a mile from this Chick-fil-A me and my family come here almost every day. We definitely come here in person every weekend am I gonna change that I’m gonna ask my family to change it. I’m gonna ask my friends to change that as well all the people that I know, I don’t think that I’m gonna recommend them to come right here.
