I am presently working in Woodbridge on a temporary assignment and needed a quick meal. I ordered thru the app then headed to the restaurant. I arrived in the mobile drive thru and was greeted by a greeter. I asked was the location the correct one and the greeter was unsure. I asked the address, again the greeter was uncertain. Always a pleasant experience at this location. However, I believe that this location and the Lake Ridge location share the same owner and the experience is very different. I have been trying to resolve an order issue since late October 2024. I’ve been to the restaurant, then told to call Chick Fil A cares. This location is right off the I-95 exit and sits in a can’t-miss spot, which makes it convenient—but also very busy. The general manager has clearly invested in renovations to improve both the appearance and traffic flow, and those updates do help.
