I have never really been a fan of Chili's until I met Sami & she told me to come in & she'd take care of me. She always has the best recommendations for drinks & food! Everything she has recommended that I have tried had been GREAT! I now come to Chili's more than any other casual dining restaurant & definitely order more drinks here than anywhere else! Not only does Sami have great recommendations but she makes the best drinks! She always takes such great care of me & I have seen that she also takes great care of all her other guests too! It is really impressive how well she balances everything and stays on top of it all! She's definitely made me a fan of Chili's!
My favorite food item so far is the Fried Mozzarella which are ENORMOUS! They are more like Bricks than sticks! You can also get them in a Honey-Chipotle glaze that makes them easily hands down the BEST Mozzarella Sticks I've ever had!
My favorite drink so far is probably the Captain's Castaway! Have a few more I need to try so I will DEFINITELY be back!

We always get the same meal. It’s always good. Could use more sauce sometimes, but otherwise, we’re fairly consistently happy with it.
Waited like 30 mins & only askn fur a manager did we get Waited on... Ordered a burger well & came out with blood still comming out & soaked into the bun.. Waitress never said sorry or could they recook it..
