I have never really been a fan of Chili's until I met Sami & she told me to come in & she'd take care of me. She always has the best recommendations for drinks & food! Everything she has recommended that I have tried had been GREAT! I now come to Chili's more than any other casual dining restaurant & definitely order more drinks here than anywhere else! Not only does Sami have great recommendations but she makes the best drinks! She always takes such great care of me & I have seen that she also takes great care of all her other guests too! It is really impressive how well she balances everything and stays on top of it all! She's definitely made me a fan of Chili's!
My favorite food item so far is the Fried Mozzarella which are ENORMOUS! They are more like Bricks than sticks! You can also get them in a Honey-Chipotle glaze that makes them easily hands down the BEST Mozzarella Sticks I've ever had!
My favorite drink so far is probably the Captain's Castaway! Have a few more I need to try so I will DEFINITELY be back!

Waited like 30 mins & only askn fur a manager did we get Waited on... Ordered a burger well & came out with blood still comming out & soaked into the bun.. Waitress never said sorry or could they recook it..

Surprised for $18.29!! . I could have gotten 2 chicken grilled sandwich from chick-fil-a .. this is the Margarita Grilled chicken (I had black beans substituted with steamed broccoli)..first time ordering. It looks wider cause the separation of being sliced. Pico is about a teaspoon. Rice is undercooked. Tortilla strips, wow. Disappointed.

Service was solid, didn't enjoy the food that I ordered. Mozzarella sticks were OK, the wings were dry and tasteless, and the burger wasn't great.

Today the restaurant opened at 11:30 and we (party of 4) arrived approximately 11:40 and were maybe 1 of 5 tables occupied at the time.
3 of us ordered from the “3 for me” menu and one from the regular menu. Our server was prompt, friendly and efficient. Took drink orders, and asked for starters and appetizers orders. All were delivered promptly and accurately.
2 soups were not even warm. It was as if they were poured from a can into the bowl. I pointed it out to my server and she gladly gave me a fresh cup of soup that was warmer than the last. My son said his soup wasn’t warm either, but being 21 he will eat anything.
Food arrived and it too was cold. My burger was barely warm, and fries were cold (think “McDonald’s cold fries”). Our plates had obviously been under a warming lamp for a good while. Our server was prompt with her checking in after the food was received, and she could tell I was frustrated. When I told her the fries were cold, she apologized again. She later brought back a bag of chips and salsa as a gift and said she had brought this to her manager’s attention. When we paid we found we had been given a 10% discount on our total bill, but no word from a manager.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this restaurant but it will be our last. We are done with the Chili’s in Woodbridge, VA.
