Chipotle Mexican Grill

Spent $16 on a chicken bowl with 3 pieces of chicken. So disappointed with this location Chipotle has fallen off. You’re better off going to Taco Bell now a days.

This location has the most rude and possibly fraudulent employees I have seen. The tattooed neck cashier added an item for another customer (or himself) to the order and then argued to the point had walk out.

I walked in and placed and order. They were busy and a mistake was made ringing up the food for the person in front of me so they had to wait for a manger to come over and fix it. I waited in line awhile to pay. There was a lady behind me on her lunch break from McDonalds so the chipotle employe prepping the orders kept telling the cashier to ring her out first. Since they tried to skip me in line, they messed up our orders and put her bowl in my bag. I didn’t realize until I got home and opened the bowl. My husband had to drive back to get the correct order. I also tried calling them while he was on his way but the phone just kept ringing and no one picked up.

Online orders not on rack to pick up. Not sure what to do or who to ask for order as no one seems to want to assist.

The food here is good, they just don't smash the guac that good cause I gotten half chunks of avocado In my food but other than that they are okay 🤌👑

My first time buying from chipotle, I went to the store order my food I got half brisket and half steak , the lady charged me 21$ for the bowl , so I order it online and seen that my bowl was supposed to be 14$ I went back to the chipotle to tell them I didn’t get extra steak, the lady was arguing with me about her giving me extra steak and that I asked for it which I didn’t , so when they remade my bowl the Second Lady gave me very little brisket only half the bowl had brisket in it and the rest of it is just plain, as a first time customer I would never go back to chipotle ever again worst store ever!.

Fast service and excellent food!

this use to be my favorite chipotle but they’ve gotten lazy . they’re also suppose to close at 11 but when i come at 10 they’re already cleaning down and rushing everyone and saying the don’t have any topping left . and they’re rude. with how expensive it’s gotten plus the bad quality and service it’s not worth it

Chipotle has officially become a bad restaurant. This location is dirty and seemingly poorly managed overall, but it's the larger corporate move to limit protein /consumer value in my last few orders that has me questioning whether I'll ever go back. $10-$15 is a lot of money for rice and beans. Hey, but when their meat has, on multiple occasions, given food poisoning to people maybe it's for the best....

So I go to this chipotle super hungry around lunch haven eaten all day, and I see that I have a chipotle near me and o decide to go cause I usually love chipotle but this time… I got a chicken bowl and i asked for double protein and they pretty much just gave me one spoonful, and the overall taste of the food was bland it was horrible the beans tasted like rocks the rice didn’t taste like rice the fajita veggies were all burnt the pico de gallo just tasted like tomato and water. The only thing that was good in the bowl was the corn cause it actually tasted like corn.

I’m not sure what happened today at this chipotle but this was definitely one of the worst things I’ve ever had in my life I couldn’t even finish the bowl cause of how horrible it tasted. My whole day is ruined and now I need to get back to work hangry and I honestly whoever the manager of this chipotle is you need to wake up and start feeding people chipotle that is up to the chipotle standard. Goodbye and thank you
