I placed an online order for pickup at this Chipotle Mexican Grill on Prince William Parkway, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.

The pickup process was smooth, the staff was helpful and courteous, and the food was prepared very well—fresh, accurate, and exactly as ordered. Everything about the service and food quality makes this a location I would continue to frequent.

The only reason I didn’t give this a full five stars...

This is my favorite Chipotle location. I’m a newer Chipotle customer overall, so I’ve only been to about 3 other locations. My husband loves Chipotle and now I do, too. This place is my favorite because the food is fresh (and so good), the staff are really efficient and helpful, and they (at least when I have been there) keep things quite clean! That includes the seating area. When I’ve been, the staff have been very nice and they don’t make you feel bad if you need an...

Wow! Over the years, I have accepted the food has gone downhill, but not here! We placed an online order on the way in and had a seat after hours of driving. The food-first of all hasn't looked this good, but hasn't tasted this fresh in literal years. 🥳 Needless to say, I'm very happy about our time here! My only mistake was diving right in before taking a picture to post with this review. Great job all!
