I was supposed to go in for a job interview but it was canceled only two hours prior with no explanation and no option to reschedule. All the reviews for this location complain about the service but I guess they don’t want to hire new people and improve. Do better.

This Chipotle is hit or miss. You'll get a good server, giving you actual big portions of food. The next time you come it'll be a different person giving you like the bare minimum amount of food.

I can’t stand this location. They have such incompetent employees. You never know how your order will arrive. My burrito was extremely runny and I don’t get any type of liquid like sauces. The wrapping of it was falling apart like a child wrapped it. No utensils. And again, no label on the orders. We basically have to taste each one or pull them apart to figure it out. This has been going on for awhile and it doesn’t seem like the owner is doing anything to change it with all these reviews.

This places need to more clean. Everywhere is dirty. Don't want to think their kitchen is like that too.

Two bowls ordered to go, lids not secure even a little. The guac which of course costs extra looked like it had been sitting out for a week. I know avocados oxidize but this was something else and extreme. Will never order from this location ever again. Photos of the bowl with quac 10 min after picking it up.

This is truly disgusting. I ordered 5 bowls and all of them had rotten avocado. The portions were ridiculously small for what I paid. This is honestly the worst meal I’ve ever received from Chipotle. I hope I never have to order from here again, and I really hope someone goes and inspects that place because I expect the facilities are very unsanitary

This is what I get for asking for extra lettuce and I even gave a $2 tip. And what the heck is going on with this tortilla. The lady at the pickup counter was rude when I asked for my order. She didn’t believe me when I said my name and showed my receipt at first. She rolled her eyes at me and acted like she didn’t care, she put her finger on my phone screen to look closely at the receipt. But the guy before me he was like “that bag 2nd from left is mine for pickup” and she grabbed it no problem and gave to him without verification.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. They used to be good with the service for Togo orders. Recently this location has gone down hill with their inability to pay attention and make the right orders. The staff has a major lack of customer service as well. Absolutely awful. I recommend the location over in Lakeridge. Save yourself the time and avoid this location.
