I had to wait 20 minutes for an online order that the app told me was done when I arrived. Turns out the order had been sitting on the shelf above the employee who had told me it was "coming" when I had asked earlier. Long wait and cold food. Look elsewhere.

This place doesn't give enough food for the price. It's sad we have to pay extra just to receive regular servings.

I buy chipotle at this location a lot. I bought 4 bowls today and it's all messed up. No meat on 3 bowls while they charged 2 bowls ss veggie bowl, 2 chicken bowls only had chicken on ONLY 1 bowl. So we bought 4 bowls with only chicken on 1 bowl. And we're not even vegetarians. David in the store was very rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This chipotle needs to work on their staff. Every time I go here, there’s an issue. When I go into the resultant, workers barely respond to you, they give you small portions then get upset when you ask for more and at times, they don’t even listen to what you want in your entree. I’ve had to tell workers “no, I didn’t ask for that” or tell them a second time that I asked for something while they were preparing my entree. Recently I tried ordering pickup from this place and still had issues. The app said that the food would be ready at a certain time and when I got there, the food wasn’t ready. I waited for the staff to finish their conversations to ask if my item was ready, they said no. I saw a burrito with my name on it sitting on the counter and just watched them laugh around and show no urgency to get my order ready. Once they realized it was my burrito, they tried acting like they were waiting for something to complete my order of 1 burrito. To make things worse, when I got home, they got the order wrong. If you have time, just drive to the chipotle near the mall.

Always taste good. Don't think they put enough meat/protein in serving

They're very selfish with the protein meaning putting meat on a half a scoop of meat does not count.

Best Chipotle in the area. Staff is always friendly, restaurant is always clean, food is always good.
