I put one star because I cannot put cero but the customer service over there is not good. They had the music very loud. They are singing. They are talking. They’re laughing. They don’t even change the glove cashier was not there. There was fighting each other I don’t like that one I think I never gonna come back to chipotle anymore.

Dear Chipotle Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit.
The cashiers did not pay attention to me and did not ask for my order. I felt ignored while waiting, and the lack of communication made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expect from Chipotle.
I have enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience left a very negative impression. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers receive better attention and service.

I see a lot bad reviews for this place but I go here all the time and have honestly not had any bad experiences. My food is mostly well portioned and quickly made. The people are always friendly aswell.

I was supposed to go in for a job interview but it was canceled only two hours prior with no explanation and no option to reschedule. All the reviews for this location complain about the service but I guess they don’t want to hire new people and improve. Do better.
This Chipotle is hit or miss. You'll get a good server, giving you actual big portions of food. The next time you come it'll be a different person giving you like the bare minimum amount of food.

I can’t stand this location. They have such incompetent employees. You never know how your order will arrive. My burrito was extremely runny and I don’t get any type of liquid like sauces. The wrapping of it was falling apart like a child wrapped it. No utensils. And again, no label on the orders. We basically have to taste each one or pull them apart to figure it out. This has been going on for awhile and it doesn’t seem like the owner is doing anything to change it with all these reviews.

Two bowls ordered to go, lids not secure even a little. The guac which of course costs extra looked like it had been sitting out for a week. I know avocados oxidize but this was something else and extreme. Will never order from this location ever again. Photos of the bowl with quac 10 min after picking it up.

This is truly disgusting. I ordered 5 bowls and all of them had rotten avocado. The portions were ridiculously small for what I paid. This is honestly the worst meal I’ve ever received from Chipotle. I hope I never have to order from here again, and I really hope someone goes and inspects that place because I expect the facilities are very unsanitary
