Chicken wings still had feathers on them … but teriyaki chicken was good

Really solid takeout spot for pickup. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comes out hot every time. Portions are decent and the menu has all the usual from a Chinese takeout place. Everything we ordered tasted good and not greasy, which is a big plus. Service was quick and friendly, and our pickup order was ready right on time. Would definitely order again. They're also HALAL based on the sign out front which is a plus too!

We have ordered from here for a few years. It’s been our go to spot. However the service tonight was a disgrace! We have been waiting for 2 hours for delivery! When we called the individual was rude and didn’t care whatsoever. I understand busy, but this is ridiculous! We will be taking our business elsewhere! You should be ashamed of how you treat customers!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I entered, went to the counter to place an order, and waited for approximately three minutes without being acknowledged. The staff member was cooking meat and watching a video on her phone and never looked up, despite the bell sounding when I entered and exited.
There was only one other customer in the entire establishment at the time, which made the lack of attention even more concerning. I ultimately left without ordering or eating. Overall, the level of customer service was unacceptable and very disappointing.

By far the best General Tso, Orange chicken EVER. The fried rice is decent but the chicken is where it’s at. It’s around $15 per entree but they use real meat.

This is machine cut halal which is very questionable. I asked the employee if they will consider hand cut and he said it’s too expensive (for obvious reasons). I then offered a suggestion that since people who prefer hand cut are willing to pay the price for it, may be they can introduce two separate items for each type of meat. He said that he will pass on the suggestion to the manager. Hopefully they will consider this suggestion. Machine cut has a lot of factors that need to happen correctly in order for it to be halal. It’s not like they are currently charging less
This place has amazing orange chicken, sesame chicken, and general tsos. Everything else is well prepared.

Nice HALAL Chinese food option in Woodbridge area. Food quantity and quality both are generous and good. Dine in better be avoided, but is available.

Online ordering without actual human conversation is the way to go. Food is good.

Chiyoshi, the Halal Chinese restaurant, is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Chinese cuisine with Halal-certified ingredients. The restaurant offers a clean, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere, perfect for both casual meals and family gatherings. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable with their friendly and attentive service, always ready to explain the menu or make recommendations.
The menu is diverse, featuring a wide range of classic Chinese dishes, including flavorful stir-fries, aromatic noodles, and perfectly cooked rice dishes. The standout, of course, is their sushi and specialty rolls, which are fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. Every dish is prepared with care, using high-quality ingredients that meet Halal standards without compromising on taste or authenticity.
One of the best things about Chiyoshi is the balance of traditional flavors with a modern twist, making it appealing to both newcomers and seasoned Chinese food lovers. Portion sizes are generous, and prices are reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality and freshness offered.
While it can get busy during peak hours, the lively atmosphere adds to the dining experience rather than taking away from it. Overall, Chiyoshi is an excellent choice for anyone seeking Halal-certified Chinese cuisine — delicious, authentic, and satisfying, with friendly service and a comfortable environment that keeps you coming back.

Although Halal place but recipes are below standard. Kung Pao chicken has tons of bell peppers and carrots. No mushrooms, chestnuts or green onions etc.
Salt and pepper shrimps are just fried shrimps and chopped jalapeño peppers, no flavor or other usual ingredients
Hot and sour soup was good but no chicken.
Not my first choice or even 2nd choice

This is my family’s favorite chinese takeout spot, we order from here regularly. Our favorite items are the eggdrop soup, sweet & sour chicken, and the lo mein. I believe they are family owned and their staff is very pleasant. Fast and reliable.
