Not too sure what the hell is going on but they need more active staff members or something. The lines are always long but I see registers not in use. They run out of shopping carts but I see plenty in the parking lot stations. Maybe tell your staff to focus more on store maintenance and customer service rather than their makeup and "drip".

This gas attendant Will, needs training on customer service maybe that's why they stick him at the gas station. I thought I didn't have my membership card (which was in my center console) so I wave him down. I have my membership ready with my picture and account on my phone for proof and as he approaches he says something about not having my card and he says that my membership on my phone don't mean nothing and it's useless at the gas station just giving me a hard time. I just got off a 12 hour night shift and don't need someones condescending remarks about not having my membership.

I love Costco!! $5 rotisserie chickens, street tacos, croissants, oh my!! The only thing I don't like is how crowded it is, but what can ya do? The carts are also way too big for my petite self to push around at the speed I'd like, but I understand why they're so large. Also, if you're a fellow Costco shopper reading this review, put away your cart!! :)

I never think Costco customer services that was bad special the cashier. The cashier name Lisa she was so mean to customer and she gave my family bad attitude when we wonder what happen to our Costco credit card and we couldn't pay. The card still ran good yesterday. Explain for customer is not hard. Why she acted so mean!

Went to Costco to get a few things lines where short that was nice. Had no issues picking my items up through the store. My experience was going great until I was checked out at the register by Solange P, she is the rudest person you can encounter. I think she could use a refresher on customer service.

Love Costco so this is nothing about the experience there. They always have a great selection of items that's usually higher quality to the other big warehouse stores. Only compliant I would have is I wish they sold catfish fillets...but other than that great selection! One thing I think they do need to address is how the baggers interact with the customers or lack there of. I had (2) unprofessional baggers taking a couple of my items and making a big conversation of what is was to each other as if they think what I purchased was funny! Where they do that at? Please check your baggers or next time I will! That was totally uncalled for and only reason I went to a person operated check out is to keep those people employed. But next time I'll just go to self check out where I know what I purchase worn be made "fun" of...
I'm biased, I think of Costco as an adventure. My version of Disney World, so whenever I go, it's a family event and I wonder what I'll see that day. They're well stocked, and they have what you need. They do all they can to rotate things in and out, to keep things fresh and orderly. With the COVID-19 pandemic, they've worked tirelessly to get people in and out safely. I've always loved Costco, and after seeing what they stand for during a tough time, I love them even more.

Visited the optical center for the first time today to order a new pair of glasses for my 4 year old. I'm not familiar with glasses at all,so they really helped me out. Patient, fast, and kind to my unruly child. The prices are excellent. Thank you so much!!

There are good parts of this Costco and bad parts, compared to the ones I shop at closer to DC. GOOD: I like the layout and they have a very competitively priced gas station. BAD: The lines... the lines... the long lines. A lot of employees staring at the lines and not doing anything about it.
