Been to several crumbl locations and this one seems to be the least friendly, rarely are greeted and longer wait times. Went a few days ago and over 10 customers waiting over 30 minutes, some said they'd been there almost an hour and after waiting that whole time were told sorry we don't have the cookie you ordered. First, I ordered around 6:05pm didn’t finish my order till nearly 6:30pm. Secondly, there was a group of young people in the back more gossiping than doing anything, the only one who seemed to be working was the gentlemen in the front. Thirdly, one of the workers walked outside with gloves then proceeded to put them back on when they walked back in; having worked in restaurants before I know this is a major no no.
