The Barista Zane at Copy Coffee is truly exceptional. He made one of the best artisan lattes I’ve ever tasted, perfectly balanced, rich, and crafted with real intention. I recently tried the S’mores Iced Latte from CUPPi COFFEE, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The flavor didn’t quite match the description, and it didn’t taste as much like s’mores as I expected. Additionally, I found the coffee to be a bit too bitter for my liking. On the plus side, the customer service was excellent—quick, easy, and very friendly. Overall, I appreciated the service but hoped for a more accurate flavor experience.

It's a cute little coffee shop, and the people are very friendly. However, Consistency is a major, major issue here. For example, the taste of the drinks varies too drastically from barista to barista or even from the same barista on different days...and far too often the drinks just are not up to standard. When you go in a shop you want your drink to taste good, not cross your fingers and hope for the best. It would behoove management to retrain all of your barista's here.

Unassuming strip mall facade opens to a beautiful and open space! I got a breve latte and a ham and cheese croissant [which comes from a local bakery.] The Cuppi barista did an adorable latte foam art heart on top of my drink. Latte was made well and so good on a Fall coolish morning out of town. The croissant was heated for me. It was soft [as opposed to flaky], deli ham and Swiss inside. I would order it again. Their sleeping Koala logo rocks, and everytime I am near traveling and near a Cuppi and would like a drink, I will choose them.

The staff are so kind and quick. They are great at suggesting flavors and ideas for different things. I found this place a few weeks ago and fell in love, have come back several times since. I love the breakfast sandwich and the caramel macchiato with apple foam. I witnessed the staff being berated on speed once today but I feel during a rush we should all give staff working hard some grace. They deserve the upmost respect and they all seem so hardworking. Thank you for all you do

Love coming to Cuppi Coffee! The shop has a great vibe, and Natalia makes it even better. She always remembers my name and my usual order, which makes the experience feel really personal. She’s super friendly and one of the best baristas around!
I was stunned when I went to get a coffee with a family member and the two working told me they already cleaned the coffee machine and they were closing in 40 minutes— the young man with a terrible attitude told me we are not paid after 4pm so we don’t serve coffee 30 minutes before. He then gave us some coffee he found in a container it’s was weak and terrible. Very surprising I liked this place but will not return!!!

The Good - Great place for coffee and snacks ! The atmosphere is relaxed . Music was on point . The menu is varied and tasty . Reasonable prices. The Bad - Cleanliness factor . Tables were not wiped down after trays cleared out . Leftovers and coffee stains on the surfaces. Floor was littered with crumbs and leftovers . Staff was not wearing hairnets or gloves . After a pandemic everyone's health and sanitation should be number one priority for everyone.

The breakfast menu is limited but you have healthy options which is a plus. The Café latte has been OK. finally, I would recommend this place.
