Every time I order the Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger, whether in-person or online, they give me the bacon version of it. I'm sick and tired of biting into it expecting the burger to be how I ordered yet it's not, but I guess it's my fault for putting trust into the cooks.

So let me make this clear for you if you don't understand, there is a Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger and BACON Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger. They are NOT the same! Don't advertise the Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger if you're gonna put bacon in it by default. That makes zero sense.

Did you know that Dairy Queen can provide you some exceptionally nutritious food options? I frequently stop by for lunch. Thet have an Alaskan Fish sandwich that is very tasty and satisfying for lunch. I usually don't do sodas and must get a strawberry blended beverage. What's a girl got to do to stay healthy?

Ordered fries. Had to wait an age as no one in kitchen. Asked for a refund and told not able to give refunds. So left after 10 mins with no fries. A joke of a place run by kids.

I come here for the ice cream, not for food, and have never had an issue here. The staff and service is always attentive and courteous. I'd rather not eat in, as some tables can be a bit sticky, but for a casual ice cream joint I'm not expecting high class here. I just grab a quick blizzard and go.

Purchased 3 Blizzards ((2) Oreo Cookie Blizzards and (1) Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard). The Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard was horrible!! The customer service was served with an attitude. Acted as if he did not want to take an order from a woman and only would converse with my husband. To show his displeasure he made sure to put together a distasteful cup of ice cream. The blizzard was missing specific ingredients: fudge covered salted caramel truffles, sweet and salted toffee piece, choco chunks and coco fudge. I highly recommend not going to this location until it is learned to respond and respect all customers accordingly.

First and last time going to a DQ. The food was disgusting. As I was waiting I saw the employee put the burgers in the microwave and they tasted gross the chicken tenders were hard and tasted old. $50 when straight to the garbage.

I hadn't even ordered yet, but the moment I entered the DB Ice Cream restaurant, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the tables and floor were. As I walked towards the restrooms, a bad smell permeated the area. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards made it impossible for me to stay in such an unpleasant atmosphere. If the visible areas are this neglected, I dread to think about the state of the kitchen. If the employees and management don't take responsibility for maintaining this establishment, they're sure to drive away customers who value cleanliness and hygiene. I couldn't stay for more than five minutes without feeling disgusted. The manager needs to address these issues immediately.

Regretfully I visited this dairy queen for two oreo blizzards and fries with popcorn shrimp. The lady employee did not turn the blizzards upside down before serving them to me. I noticed the advertisement sign near the menu that clearly states you get a free blizzard if they do not turn a blizzard upside down and I mentioned that to her very kindly that she did not turn them upside down. She first agreed to make another blizzard but changed her mind and refused after forcing us to wait. The advertisement sign is dishonestly false and misleading. I took a picture of the sign that promised the appropriate customer service concerning the blizzard that I did not receive. I received no blizzard but she acted extremely hateful and unprofessional instead. I noticed she also behaved inappropriate towards other customers waiting in line. The fries they sold me were wet and soggy like microwaved older fries that were discolored and appeared moldy and tasted horrible. I had to throw them out. The popcorn shrimp was nearly fifteen dollars expensive and they only give you a very small cup of them which I took another picture to show the cup size next to blizzard cups. None of the food was properly warm but was instead cold room temperature. Nasty food and rude customer service is all I got from this place and lost a good amount of money on low quality food. I wish I had gone anywhere else to eat. That dairy queen was a nightmare. The counters and tables and floors also appeared visually unclean to me. They should be checked by county health professionals in my opinion. I would not recommend this dairy queen to anyone
