“Overall the experience at the Alamo is usually great but I do have some complaints. The servers and food runners tend to be distracting. They are very loud and laugh loudly with the other servers outside of the theater in the little room and the hallway. I don't want to hear full on conversations during a movie I'm paying for. There was also an incident where I reported a guest with his kid constantly talking and the server didn't do anything about it. What is the point in reporting someone if nothing will be done about it. Next time I will be directly speaking to the manager if that happens again. Servers do better please and do something about disruptive guest.“
