1/2 Chicken Plate
1/2 of a whole chicken, cut down the middle. White meat and dark meat. Served with any two sides and cornbread or bun.

4 oz. Catfish sliced into strips, breaded, and then fried in peanut oil. Tarter sauce on the side. Served with any 2 sides and cornbread or bun.

Comes with 3 St. Louis cut spare ribs. Add more ribs as an option. Includes 2 sides and a bun or cornbread.

Pork BBQ (Pound)
Shoulder. Pulled from the bones, skin & fat removed, slightly chopped, and then served. A lb. makes 4 to 5 large sandwiches.
Beef BBQ (Pound)

Smoked until it has a perfect smoked ring. There are 4 links in a lb.
Catfish (Pound)
Filets. Sliced into strips, breaded, and then fried in peanut oil. Weighed after fried. An lb. of catfish is approximately 10 to 12 strips.
3 Ribs - St. Louis Cut
Comes with 3 ribs; you can add more up to a total of 12 as an option. Comes with sauce

I like to Thank Dixie Bones Staff. It was pleasant to see the Staff working together as a unit. To Shanon for extensive knowledge of the menu, which made it EASY! My choice was the Pull Pork BBQ with slaw and a side of beans. Of the four sauces, Red bottle made its way atop a mound of meat. The combo flavor had my taste buds wanting more. No room for dessert, but next visit, challenge accepted! I would recommend to friends and family! (I didn't have it, the IDAHO...

We ordered 8 different things and every one was incredible. The staff was very nice and personable. I left a big ass tip. Atmosphere was just OK, but you expect great BBQ food in dump buildings.
