“I ordered my food about an hour ago and they forgot to deliver my soda. I called and complained and they said they would bring it back to us. Cool, so I waited. I waited for over an hour. I called to complained and a gentleman placed me on hold. They actually had to nerve to hang up so I called annoyed (rightfully so!). I called back YET AGAIN and said if I didn’t speak to a manager I would be heading down there for an answer. The dumb broad who answered said it sounded “threatening”. Instead of asking for the problem, they wanted to give an attitude and fight back. Terrible customer service . Someone needs to train that little girl. The little broad needs to be fired. I will be getting my money back.
Update* only reason why I’m changing my review is due to the other manager named Genera who called back to get the details of my complaint. She reimbursed me for the missing item due to the lack of customer service the other manger (a lady) gave me that day. She apologized even though it was not her fault. I will admit, it was going to be my last time ordering from here until she called. I appreciate you Genera and thank you for your professionalism!! <33“
“Our order was perfect! The food was good! The young lady at the register seemed like she was working as a punishment. Sorry that people that have jobs are not always grateful, but will return. It still is a nice treat to not have to cook! Once again the food was hot and fresh!“

“I just had the best experience with Domino's store #4206. I placed an online order and somehow my address was messed up and it was delivered somewhere else. When I called the store Elijah took my information and worked with me to get my order redelivered to the correct address. Great customer service is rare and I appreciate Elijah he deserves a raise because that could've ruined my whole night!!!“
“Earlier today, I called Domino’s to cash out on the emergency pizza deal. I wasn’t able to reach anybody on the phone so I went out later on this evening and decided to stop past the dominoes. When I stop passing the dominoes, I was aware of what the situation was. There was a young man working by himself. His name was Ed. He was taking all the orders, making all the pieces dealing with customers on the phone in and out of the store and having to manage that whole process by himself. At that time, I could no longer bring myself to father complaint against a young man because he was doing the very best that he could. I appreciated his effort and his customer service and his ability to actually make my pizza while I set my current waiting for it, although he was being bombarded with phone calls and other customers. Dominoes, you guys need to get it together. You cannot leave individuals in the store by themselves and expect them to be attended to everyone’s needs and handle all of the orders conversations complaints and issues that come along with being a manager Just to mention, he was only 18 years old… Good job and I appreciate your hard work if no one else tells you I’m gonna let you know.“
