I arrived to pick up my order and was handed my pizza. Opened it on the way to my car and noticed all the toppings were not on the pizza. I went back in and advised them that the pizza was not prepared the way I ordered it. This pizza was ordered for a work meeting and I had no time to waste. They said they would remake the pizza. There was no apology, no offers of anything to compensate for me having to wait for them to remake a pizza and wasting my time. I waited about 15 minutes for another pizza to be made. The guy handed me my pizza and didn’t even say thank you, have a nice day, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Also, I sat there and watched workers preparing food with their bare hands. Are they not required to wear gloves? Won’t be spending my money at this Domino’s again!

The service they provide by phone and in person is really not good. I have been buying from this Domino's Pizza store for years. I called to order a $19.99 combo that includes two medium pizzas, some garlic bread balls, and some cinnamon sticks. The person who answered told me that it is not available by phone, only online. When that is a lie because I have already ordered it by phone, so that means that the guy did not want to place the order? Bad service.

Only my second time ever eating Dominos pizza and it was a lovely experience. my pizza was nice and fresh, and the cashier Cam is outstanding. looking forward to dining there again soon.

Why would you advertise being open at 10am if you are not ready or interested in serving cuatomers at 10am?
If you go at 10am you have deal with the eye roll and attitude of a guy that very likely just got there. Change the time to 10:30 or 11:00am give the poor guy an hour to get ready.
