I arrived to pick up my order and was handed my pizza. Opened it on the way to my car and noticed all the toppings were not on the pizza. I went back in and advised them that the pizza was not prepared the way I ordered it. This pizza was ordered for a work meeting and I had no time to waste. They said they would remake the pizza. There was no apology, no offers of anything to compensate for me having to wait for them to remake a pizza and wasting my time. I waited about 15 minutes for another pizza to be made. The guy handed me my pizza and didn’t even say thank you, have a nice day, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Also, I sat there and watched workers preparing food with their bare hands. Are they not required to wear gloves? Won’t be spending my money at this Domino’s again!

The service they provide by phone and in person is really not good. I have been buying from this Domino's Pizza store for years. I called to order a $19.99 combo that includes two medium pizzas, some garlic bread balls, and some cinnamon sticks. The person who answered told me that it is not available by phone, only online. When that is a lie because I have already ordered it by phone, so that means that the guy did not want to place the order? Bad service.

Why would you advertise being open at 10am if you are not ready or interested in serving cuatomers at 10am?
If you go at 10am you have deal with the eye roll and attitude of a guy that very likely just got there. Change the time to 10:30 or 11:00am give the poor guy an hour to get ready.
My food was excellent, the service was good also. and the cashier guy Cam was really helpful & put me in a good mood.

Earlier today, I called Domino’s to cash out on the emergency pizza deal. I wasn’t able to reach anybody on the phone so I went out later on this evening and decided to stop past the dominoes. When I stop passing the dominoes, I was aware of what the situation was. There was a young man working by himself. His name was Ed. He was taking all the orders, making all the pieces dealing with customers on the phone in and out of the store and having to manage that whole process by himself. At that time, I could no longer bring myself to father complaint against a young man because he was doing the very best that he could. I appreciated his effort and his customer service and his ability to actually make my pizza while I set my current waiting for it, although he was being bombarded with phone calls and other customers. Dominoes, you guys need to get it together. You cannot leave individuals in the store by themselves and expect them to be attended to everyone’s needs and handle all of the orders conversations complaints and issues that come along with being a manager Just to mention, he was only 18 years old… Good job and I appreciate your hard work if no one else tells you I’m gonna let you know.
