Domino's Pizza

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s on January 24, 2026, around 3:03 PM.
My delivery order was never delivered. After calling the store more than ten times with no answer, I went in person. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find the address. While I was speaking with him, the manager interrupted in an aggressive and dismissive manner, saying she didn’t care that the pizza wasn’t delivered and told me to take a cold pizza, which I politely refused.
The manager then argued with me, refused to provide her name, and warned employees not to give it, creating a hostile environment. When I requested a refund and said I would file a complaint, she told me to leave and said she was calling the police. I left immediately. The police arrived afterward and only spoke with my brother, who witnessed the incident.
This situation was handled unprofessionally and escalated unnecessarily. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I never leave reviews but I’ve ordered twice from here and both times my orders have been wrong. They don’t include all the toppings you ask for and the second time they gave me a completely different pizza. Also the customer service is horrible. I went in and tried paying with a 100 bill the lady very rudely raised her voice and told me to get change that they can’t take that big of a bill. I understand but her tone and attitude was completely unnecessary.

The pizza came unfinished. There was no buffalo sauce on the pizza. The delivery driver had us running around for 10 minutes trying to find them and then the pizza was cold. Very disappointed.

This was the first and last time I order with dominos In this store order a cheese pizza with some chocolate brownies they sent me a pizza that was half eating then I called them they was so rude and kept putting me on hold so I ended up hanging up the call I don’t recommend ever to order from here and the food was little warm

Placed a late night delivery order, REMINGTON never showed and marked my order as delivered without actually delivering anything. Good Job delivery boy

when we called to order the worker just put us on hold without saying anything and when we were telling him our phone number he hung up .

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the delivery was fast, and my food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. The delivery driver was friendly and professional, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. I also want to recognize the store manager, Greg—he went above and beyond last month by personally making me two Philly cheese pizzas that were absolutely delicious. His dedication to quality and customer service really stood out and has kept me coming back. Great experience overall!

Worst pizza experience from a Pizza Hut ever. You could count the amount of beef and pepperoni on one hand that the pizza had and it wasn’t fully cooked. We threw away about 4 slices since it was so bad. Do not spend your money here.

Great customer service and on time orders, great management (Greg Owens - no relation), great delivery drivers. I order here frequently.

Take the atmosphere to heart but when I say first time I ordered delivery from this specific store best domino's experience I have ever had first time having the sausage pasta while not yknow Gordon ramsay lvl dining it was rather tasty it reminded my of thr pasta you'd use to get at CC's pizza if you have ever been you just know all of those places closed near me now whenever I want that nostalgic taste without having to drive an hour away I can go here thank you

Honestly, this is the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered in my entire life. I forgot to leave a review the other day until I was reminded today, And I was reminded in a way that the person was asking if I wanted to order Domino’s again? Not only did my 6 year old say NO but his 8 year old sister as well.
