Domino's Pizza

Honestly, this is the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered in my entire life. I forgot to leave a review the other day until I was reminded today, And I was reminded in a way that the person was asking if I wanted to order Domino’s again? Not only did my 6 year old say NO but his 8 year old sister as well.

Ordered delivery and this is what our pizzas came looked like. If you want smashed in pizza order from this dominos

Guys At The Front Were Cool, But Ordered Four Pizzas And They Charged For 1 Packet Of Ranch.

I order a two pizzas on 10/24/2024. The delivery guy showed up to my house and stated he delivered my pizza to wrong place. I called the store and told them I no longer wanted the pizza if it was delivered to someone else. The guy came back and told me it was a fresh pizza. I trusted him and left a tip on top of the delivery charge. When I opened the pizza it was very dry no sauce and luke warm; as if it been sitting around. I called the store and told them the situation he replied " what you want me to do, I cant give you a free pizza and the Mgr. is not in the store". I told him I will give the main office a called and he said "go head as if he don't care". Its said you spend hard earn money and get that kind of treatment. I will say I have ordered from them before and never had this type of bad service. Infact, one time they delivered me the wrong order and fixed it with no problem. This company has lost my business for good. I refuse to spend my hard earn money and get treated the way I was treated. BTW the pizza is so bad that it is not even ediable.

I went today to buy a pizza and they gave me one that was made earlier and they just warmed.
To sell it. I noticed that when I got home.
So be very careful on buying pizza without checking it.

I placed an order for delivery as soon as I open my food was already eaten. I will never order from here again.

Order never showed up and refused to refund. Will have to do a chargeback. Management it's beyond useless at this location.

Placed an order online. The website said the order was delivered. It wasn't delivered. Called the store they put me on hold. The delivery driver came 10 mins later to deliver the pizza. He was driving on the sidewalk! When I asked them to remove the tip from the order the manager hung up on me. I spent additional time calling them back to get the tip removed from my order. Still waiting for them to remove the tip.

I ordered my food about an hour ago and they forgot to deliver my soda. I called and complained and they said they would bring it back to us. Cool, so I waited. I waited for over an hour. I called to complained and a gentleman placed me on hold. They actually had to nerve to hang up so I called annoyed (rightfully so!). I called back YET AGAIN and said if I didn’t speak to a manager I would be heading down there for an answer. The dumb broad who answered said it sounded “threatening”. Instead of asking for the problem, they wanted to give an attitude and fight back. Terrible customer service . Someone needs to train that little girl. The little broad needs to be fired. I will be getting my money back.

Update* only reason why I’m changing my review is due to the other manager named Genera who called back to get the details of my complaint. She reimbursed me for the missing item due to the lack of customer service the other manger (a lady) gave me that day. She apologized even though it was not her fault. I will admit, it was going to be my last time ordering from here until she called. I appreciate you Genera and thank you for your professionalism!! <33

Vegetarian options: You can get all veggies on a pizza if you like. I'm vegetarian so it's nice for me.

I can't order delivery because this dominos is the closest, but 5 orders, 3 times pizza seemed way undercooked and 2 times wrong
